入住時空調和廁所抽氣扇都不動，管家給我們免費升級到江景房，我們續住了好幾次，最終住了半個月。
升級後的江景房在4樓。房間很大，空間感好，沒有異味。有小雪櫃、洗衣機和大衣櫃，還有沙發、大茶几和大寫字枱，舒適實用
陽台比原訂的山景房小了一半，但陽光充足，晾曬衣服一流，遠眺瀾滄江也心曠神怡。陽台門可以隔斷大部分馬路上的車聲，偶爾一晚車聲特別吵，戴上耳塞就睡得好。
訂房時寫明會提供的消耗品，衹要聯繫管家就能補充。洗澡花灑水量大，熱水夠，去水快。沐浴露和洗髮液氣味好，不過浴間沒有架子放置它們，要放在地上。乾濕分離會漏水出來，如果留神不向著浴間門那邊沖澡就沒問題，或者洗澡後用房間提供的地拖抹乾地板，也行。
我們房間在11棟，離小區大門幾百米。大門附近有不少小吃快餐，我們不能吃辣，選擇少，幸好有兩間超市，生鮮肉菜都不錯，房間有流理台，又備有一把小刀，可以滿足我們短暫旅居基本營養需要。
最後要贊一個管家小苗，升級後房間入住時電風扇和電視的遙控都有點小問題，她跑了兩遍張羅更換，服務態度好👍

Excellent little apartment with everything you need. Great location in a quiet gated community. The community has a big swimming pool where we spent a lovely afternoon. Easy walk to the night market. Very helpful staff too.
