這次版納之行選擇酒店，看到網上皇冠假日的評價不錯，就毫不猶豫地選擇了它。實際情況果然如此，前台員工服務熱情，考慮周到。最後一天居然細心地給我們5:30趕早班飛機還準備了打包早餐，令人感動！酒店每天晚上20:00還有民族歌舞演出，酒店客人也可以一起參加，大家其樂融融十分開心。酒店還很貼心地安排了“AMAM”旅拍，攝影小哥哥非常專業，每一張照片都是大片，非常驚艷。

本人十分怕蟲子壁虎，看評論現在覺得有點誇張了，去的時候還有點害怕，實際要是晚上衹開紗窗，進屋的時候迅速點，壁虎進不去的，也什麼蟲子，樓道的房頂上有小壁虎，快點兒走就好了，也掉不下來。服務都很好，除了設施舊一點，性價比還是有的，早餐沒有很豐富，中規中矩而已，對於度假型酒店應該再豐富一點。送的旅拍一開始一家人衹是試試，沒想到很意外，粧造衣服團隊都是外面那種小店不能比的，照片雖然貴一點，但很好很值得。另外大堂吧有很多特色飲品，也不用出去特意去打卡，嚐嚐就夠了。免費的傣陶傣紙也都玩了，還能帶回家當紀念品。

這次版納行程都住在萬達度假區，鉑爾曼住了三天，皇冠住了2天，兩家都還不錯，適合親子遊玩
設施：酒店佈局更加規整，房間都大堂，泳池也都很近，硬件整體感覺更新一點，不過衞生間台盆真的好小，燈光太昏暗，對於化粧不太友好
衞生：乾淨，五星水平還是有的
環境：小童設施，和小童互動項目多，也貼心的準備了寶寶裝
服務：酒店贈送的旅拍很棒，有很多衣服可以選擇，攝影師小哥也很帥氣，選片的時候也不會推銷，住店的可以考慮拍一組紀念
