The pick-up-service and the drop-off-service to the airport worked without any problems. The owner and the personnel are super friendly and helpful. The room and the hotel was clean and uniquely equipped. The breakfast was delicious. There is nothing i can complain about in any ways. As a foreigner a very good choice to explore Jinghong and sights, but also far enough away from city (15 minutes by taxi) to escape the city hustle. It was my birthday during the stay there. I received a small gift from the owner. A very attentive and nice women! Thank you very much for the wonderful time at Hidden Garden Inn!

What a cool place!! Our friends recommended to go there as they had just stayed in this brand new hotel and loved it. We were not disappointed, the rooms are so beautiful, the balcony was our absolute highlight (at day at night time) with the white furniture, the plants and the lights. Shower is really great and overall amazing design of the entire room and the entire hotel!!! Service was really good and warm, a very sweet and kind lady named Xiao Xu took such great care of us and it was super easy to communicate with her in WeChat, so foreigners feel welcome and well taken care of in this hotel!! She really made a great difference for us, also compared to some other experiences when traveling in China. The location of the hotel is so cool, you’re right in the middle of a small and cute part of the city, super close to the river and where many restaurants, bars, temples are. The pool is just amazing, on roof top, good size, great view, small pool bar with all you can wish for! This hotel was exactly what we wanted and actually what most people want when they stay in Xishuangbanna. We absolutely recommend to stay there, we have looked at other places before and when we passed by just because we were curious, but this was the one we liked most from design, location and again, that balcony!!!!

I requested a loft room, the bedding was very comfortable, the smart toilet curtains were very convenient, the location was very close to the Starlight Night Market, there was a riverside swimming pool downstairs, the hotel environment was elegant and fresh, and the sanitary conditions were also very good. The breakfast provided was also very rich, it was suitable for staying with children and the elderly, and the service was very satisfactory.

Absolutely fantastic experience. The room was incredibly high-tech with face-unlock doors, a projector for watching movies, automatic blinds and a toilet straight out of a spaceship. There was even a comprehensive clothes washing service that meant we would come back to our room to find everything dry and neatly hung up. The breakfast was much better than the average hotel buffet with plenty of fresh fruit and a wide variety of mainland dishes as well as a few local dishes. Every single member of staff was willing to go to great lengths to help us regardless of the request. One evening after myself and my partner were injured in an ebike accident (be careful on those roads!) I was badly grazed in several places, showed up to the hotel covered in blood and dust. One member of staff dived behind the counter and produced a box of antiseptic swabs and plasters. Realising these wouldn't be enough for the size of the wounds he escorted us to a walk-in centre using the hotel transport shuttles and accompanied us inside. After being turned away (they didn't treat injuries) the hotel shuttle drove us to a pharmacy and waited outside while we were talked through the available options (bandages, disinfectants etc) all the while telling us personal stories of e-bike related misfortune. That's just one of many examples of outstanding service, truly impressed.

The ”River view” rooms, despite being on low floors (3rd and 4th), actually command a very nice view of the Mekong river, due to the elevated position of the building. Facilities are new and clean. Swimming pool is not very large but clean and suitable for a pleasant swim. Wi-Fi is fast and reliable. The hotel perfectly arranged pick-up from airport. Besides free airport pick-up, the manager can provide car-with-driver daily rent service at a reasonable price. He is friendly, willing to give information and tips. Breakfast has a quite limited choice, but for the price you cannot expect much more... As mentioned by some other users, the weight-lifting equipment in the gym is out of order. The location of the resort is is 20mins drive from the main central tourist area. If you’re seeking an isolated resort hotel, this is a good choice. The facility at the hotel resort is good, the staff are friendly and hospitable. The landscape are well kept and villa room has high ceiling with stupendous bathroom / shower. Great resort for a luxurious quiet family get away.
