This is our first night's stay in Xinjiang. Although we arrived late, the hotel service staff still gave the most warm welcome ceremony. The welcome fruit plate is very rich, the watermelon is particularly sweet, the waiter brother is very active to help us carry the luggage before and after, the room is large, the decoration is full of ethnic atmosphere, there is a big balcony, the children play early the next morning, even do not want to leave. Because we are a family outing, we also sent breakfast to the room in the morning, which perfectly avoided the flow of travel agents, and the breakfast was very rich and fresh. We will definitely continue to live in Xinjiang next time and recommend it to good friends.

1. After parking the car, the security guard asked for a mobile phone number. When we were queuing to check in, we suddenly called on the mobile phone and asked us to face the front of the car. 2. I booked two rooms and asked for the same floor, the front desk agreed, and gave me the room card and found that it was not on the same floor. At this time, the front desk said that they did not agree to give us the same floor, saying that there is no room. When we proposed to find the front desk manager, we said that there was a room to change. 3. When we checked into the room, someone rushed over and asked us to make up the price difference, saying that the changed room was more expensive, but we refused. 4. We have two big boxes and 4-5 small bags. The full-time service staff saw that no one offered to help. 5. The room is arranged in the auxiliary building. No one reminded me when I checked in, and there was no sign to guide me. I couldn’t find the room in the main building when I went up the elevator, so I had to go to the front desk and ask for directions. 6. The buffet breakfast is rich, but the cake was not added for half an hour after the cake was finished, until I asked it to be added. Fried dumplings are not offered, so if asked, they are said to be for suite guests. To sum up, the hardware condition is very good, but the service is a mess.
