Location in the center of this wonderful and underrated southern Bohemian gem. Onsight secure parking in the garage. Probably th ebest choice in town. Reasonable priced.
Restuarant is OK. Property generally well maintained but will be needing some updating. Again a good value for the price

Nice hotel right on the town square. Easy walks to shops and restaurants, very good breakfast. Bicycle storage on site was easy. The room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel as a good value in the medium price rance.

The location is excellent, parking available. The rooms are quite spacious but the furniture, e.g. the storage spaces inadequate, the floor lamp out of order, the bed lamps in inadequate position, the safe out of order, no hotel guide book in the room. No climatisation so that the summer night with open window in the room situated into the inner courtyard was a nightmare: the windows are so close together so that one shares all the voices and sounds from all other courtyard rooms. Not pleasant at all! The wc and bathroom clean. The kitchen on a very medium level, the waiters kind, the reception desk rather cold. So as for us an experience that will be not repeated again.

Bei schönem Wetter im Freien gesessen. Die Bedienung ( junges Fräulein) war sehr freundlich und bemüht! Mit der Speisenkarte, die sehr viele Gerichte hat, sehr zufrieden. Das Essen war sehr gut und ausreichend. Alles sehr sauber drinnen im Hotel. Als Tagesgast keine Kenntnis über die Zimmer. Jedenfalls beim nächsten Mal gehen wir wieder dort hin.

Hotel Concertino is a nice place to stay. Good location in the old city centre. If you arrive by car the hotel offers a garage for IO€ per day. Before you arrive to the reception desk, you pass the restaurant, which offer solid Czech food. Yet the service in the restaurant can be a problem. Lack of soft skills, language and hospitality of the staff influences the hotel quality. Case: if you order tap water along the dinner, you receive bottled water. When you return it, asking for tap water again(which is really good) the waitress angrily answers that even tap water is a matter of payment. Ok. We tried to find where on the menu stays that tap water is a matter of payment and we didn't find it. Now the situation becomes a legal matter. As an evaluator I would suggest to the owner of the restaurant to put efforts into staff hospitality education. The waitress, who reacts in the described way is not a staff that should be connected to the four star hotel and its restaurant. The stars fall because of her attitude and lack of knowledge. Unfortunately.

Great location in centre of town. Comfortable and well priced accommodation. Very disappointed with the service in bar / restaurant. People go in the bar / restaurant to have a good experience - not to feel in the way or unwelcome. The young waitress should exude much more happiness than she does. If you are in a job you do not enjoy, you should move on. Everything seemed to much trouble and without doubt cost the hotel / restaurant money in additional takings that could have been taken. Hopefully these comments are taken as being constructive and that I can see improvements on our next visit.
