不知道為什麼網上評分那麼低，我覺得很好了，寬敞，乾淨，新裝修，而且裝修的很好，有洗衣機等，吃飯樓下就有，只是坐公交要等較長時間，停車場凌晨三點就有人按喇叭，素質差。

希望老闆能看到評論！我算是紫雲閣的老顧客了，家人、朋友來了，都安排在這裏住。今天發現電視有問題，用客房座機打前台反應，沒人管。微信反應，不回消息。跑到前台去説，不搭理。希望老闆能看到這條評論！賓館位置好、設備新、價格低、設施齊全，硬件一點問題都沒有，但是衞生不好、最近換的這一批前台人員，對待工作敷衍、對待客人冷臉。希望老闆能重視對衞生、服務的整改！
