The room service was super good. They introduced the attractions and the subway and taxi attentively. The service attitude was super good. The room was clean and tidy. The most important thing was that there were writing and rubbing activities in the lobby. It was the first time to experience this kind of activity. It was great. The whole process from check-in to check-out was very nice. I will stay here again next time I come to Jinan

Modern and clean hotel. Nice views and staff. Abit smaller than other hotels we been to. And main issue is hard for cars to drop off and pick up right outside hotel front door as there is a private lane that’s is hard for cars to turn in, so always have to get on and off cars on the main road outside with lots of dangerous traffic. Other than that, happy with the stay.

Jinan Railway Hotel is located in Jinan or next to the station. The transportation location is very convenient. Since I had to catch a train to Mount Tai the day before, I would like to thank the hotel front desk for letting me store my luggage first. I would also like to thank the chef at the breakfast restaurant for personally preparing the delicious tofu curd for me! !!

So I had booked as part of my visit to Jinan. I specifically picked this hotel over others because of the location and amenities it offer. However, even though the location was perfect… the amenities fell short of what the hotel purported. Shower door broken soaked the whole bathroom out. However, they did change and upgraded my room to a luxury room. Very happy with the room. Another reason why I chose the hotel was for the gym… however on my first visit… the treadmill was broken and also the multifunction gym machine was broken…. Not advertised… I stayed for three days and this was not solved…. Very disappointed as I don’t exercise for 3 days… I paid extra for this service as opposed to hotels that didn’t offer this amenity. I will not be back… sorry

Facilities: I stayed for two nights. The first night was in Gengdu Courtyard, and the second night was in Yingxu Rabbit Room. Each room has its own characteristics. Because I like the ancient style of teaware, I like the tea table in the room on the first night. I bought the same one online. The house facilities are new and recently renovated. It costs 12 yuan here. Environment: I love the environment so much, especially the garden, with lakes and small animals. The children played for half a day feeding the ducks and almost didn't go to Baotu Spring. Service: The lobby manager and restaurant manager responded and accepted the suggestions immediately after the feedback, which fully experienced the customer-centric service concept. There were many people during the National Day holiday, so some flaws are understandable. There is still some room for improvement, such as how to provide emergency catering services in an orderly manner when there is a large flow of people. Hanfu experience: third-party cooperation is pretty good, and there are scenic spots everywhere for group photos Cute pet feeding experience: Alpacas are not as fun as the lakeside Overall, I felt the enthusiasm and sincerity of Shandong people. I will choose this hotel next time I go to Jinan.

Good hotel and very strategic located at the city centre of Lixia, walking distant to the street market. Shopping malls also around 15 - 20 minutes walk. Room was clean, given fruit platter as a welcome gift very thoughtful. Extra coffee sachet given also…bed was comfy .. they provide Siaotu.. AI kinda instruction you can ask anything and given answered. You can ask to play music.. switch of the lights…

Hotel value for money. Have this very friendly staff 豆大姐that always offer us water and fresh fruits every day. Even prepare bookmarks for us. Hotel breakfast also a good spread. Walking distance to the malls.

The hotel was situated in the middle of a lovely lake park, everything was beautiful!! The staff were very friendly and always willing to help us despite the language barrier. The breakfast was also quite delicious. Would recommend!

The hotel is in a great location, right next to the scenic spot. Every morning, my mother can go for a walk in Daming Lake. When we arrived, the room was not cleaned yet, so we went to check in at the Chaoran Building and the Summer Rain Lotus Lantern during the day. When we were tired, we went back to the hotel tea room to eat snacks and then went back to the room to rest. It was very comfortable. At night, we went out to check in at the Chaoran Building and the Summer Rain Lotus Lantern and eat. It is also very convenient to take a taxi. Hot mineral water is available in the hotel lobby. When you go out to play, you can check in by hand and provide tea and snacks when you pass by the lobby. It is very considerate. When you get to the room, you will help take the luggage all the way to the room and briefly introduce the facilities. The service is very thoughtful. The hotel's characteristic customized breakfast box is indeed a highlight and can be delivered to the room, including tea room snacks. If you don't have time to go to the tea room, it can also be delivered to the room. Drinking water will be replenished every day. When I said it was not enough, I even sent a whole box directly. Welcome fruit and good night yogurt are always available every day. One day, the cleaning was not done well, and a large bag of garbage was not collected. I called to make a complaint, and the hotel immediately resolved it and apologized. We stayed for five nights in total (actually, we booked two different room types for five nights, but the hotel upgraded us for free so that we didn't have to change rooms and continued to stay in the original room, which was convenient and discounted for us. Thank you). Only one day was not cleaned properly, and the rest of the time, the cleaning was very good, and the remedial measures were sufficient. Occasional mistakes are understandable. The hotel restaurant products and services are definitely worth a try. I also like the specialties sent 😍 If I go again, I will definitely stay next time.
