The hotel front desk manager and staff are very professional, efficient, warm and considerate. The catering is also very good. Because I came to Jinan to attend a friend's wedding, I booked this hotel in advance. Although it was a Saturday, the price fluctuated less than usual. First of all, there is no peculiar smell after entering the door. Because I am pregnant, I am more sensitive to the smell and temperature in the house, but everything is fine. I commend the guy at the front desk for his good service. He even boiled hot water because I needed to take medicine (later I found out that there is direct drinking water in the room). All facilities are complete, and the hot water for bathing is also very stable. This is great! The most satisfying thing is that the sink, shower room and toilet are separate. If I have a chance next time, I will choose to stay here🌹

GGuest UserLet's talk about the service first. From the lady at the front desk to the cleaning lady, they are all very polite and enthusiastic, and the service is thoughtful. On the day of check-out, I couldn't get a taxi to the scenic spot and couldn't get back, which wasted time. I called the front desk and the lady extended my time for free. I was so touched. The breakfast was also delicious. The room is very new and the decoration is very stylish. The curtains are all remote-controlled. I can just use ”Xiaodu Xiaodu” if I have any problems. The bedding is also very good, especially the pillows, which are very comfortable. I will stay here when I come to Jinan in the future!

She upgraded me to a deluxe king-size bed room for free. The room also provided free mineral water, tea and welcome fruit. The room was so cozy and the layout was so heartwarming. I really loved it! The facilities were also complete, the room was spacious and clean! The location was also good, just near the subway, the transportation was very convenient, and the experience was very good! Very satisfied!

LLEE SOYOUNGI loved that the accommodation was really clean! The facilities are really good, and the breakfast menu is also good. Before boarding the plane in Korea, the hotel called me and told me when I would be arriving and that I could request a pick-up when I arrived. I didn't have a Chinese phone number, but I was able to add the hotel's official account through WeChat, so I was able to talk comfortably. I was impressed!
If I come to Jinan Airport, I will definitely stay here!

MMaxI would stay again despite some flaws. The social atmosphere is fantastic, one of the best I've come across in two years of traveling the world. It's an authentic, inclusive community vibe in the common room. Every evening there is a gathering with boardgames, performances, group talks, etc. It's really great.
The location of the hostel is also really good. Everything is within walking distance. Train station, bus station, cheap good restaurants and the park.
My only peeve are the sanitary facilities. There's no toilet paper and no bum gun provided ... So I need to bring own. Also, the shower drain is not placed correctly so the shower is always flooded. I feel like these things could be easily fixed. And maybe tidy up the general areas more frequently. There's a lot of junk lying around. But that's also what makes it more homely...
Anyway, it's a great place, owner is very nice. I'd definitely stay again.
