We stayed at this hotel first time for 5 nights, it was an excellent experience. the location was so convenient, close to all tourism spots and major public transports. Cao wenju, Wang hongxia and Zhang lingmei from housekeeping were extemely friendly and helpful. No. 4 Xiang jie from breakfast service was so kind and helpful throughout our stay. Wangxia and Xiaolin from reception were also very friendly and helpful. in general we loved staying here and will definately comeback and also recommend you to others.

I stay at Hamptoms often as they are reliable in terms of service, room and breakfast standards. This one did not disappoint me! The staff were very friendly and helpful. I had a problem with my back while staying and they even drove me to the hospital ! The location is very convenient for business travel and there is a supermarket right next door and lots of dining and Cafe options around. Would stay here again if I come to Jinan again.
