Is it criticized by the guests and don't know how to make annotations or something? This is really incomprehensible. The laundry service is particularly intimate. I took it down and the staff helped to dry it and fold it neatly. This is a very pleasant surprise and I feel very intimate. The smell of smoke in the room I stayed in last week was particularly large and not removed. This week's room was specially treated, which was a progress. We will continue to support Atour, but expect this one to pay more attention to details, after all, a detail that is repeatedly disappointing is enough to make guests abandon their reservations.
