建議可以提升的方面：1入住體驗一般，辦理入住時正好有團隊入住，辦完直接把房卡給我，沒有告知我樓層，還是我主動詢問；贈送的mini吧、入住禮和晚安飲品也是主動詢問後，答覆會在下午一起送到房間。2浴室淋浴的開關是旋鈕，並且特別緊，廢了九牛二虎之力也關不上，衹能先出來打電話叫客房幫忙，説是衹能用毛巾擰，詢問能不能調松一點，答覆衹能第二天上午解決，洗個澡手第二天手還在疼。3床上用品有沒洗乾淨的污漬和毛髮。4大廳旁邊仍然在裝修，沒有完工，味道很大，並且在大廳喝咖啡噪音也很大。
整體：在吉隆算很不錯的酒店，但將近800的價格，希望可以再服務方面繼續提升一下。

When we came to the Sino-Nepalese border to see Asia's No. 1 and the Divine Lake, this hotel was at the foot of the mountain that we had to pass through. The hotel environment was very good. The restaurant environment was much better than that in Geelong Town. The price of the dishes was comparable to that of the restaurants in the town. It was very strong. Recommended. The hotel employs most local Tibetans. Although the communication in Mandarin is not particularly smooth, they are very hospitable and considerate. I drove thousands of miles from Shenzhen to this border town and felt full of security. I was in the restaurant at this time. While waiting for the meal to return to Lhasa, I wrote this review with all my heart. Thank you again to the hotel for taking care of me!

酒店前當天開挖，店鋪對着的街，應該叫衚衕，門前無法停車，但是酒店右手進去，有空間，對着菜市場門口。一直在下雨，周邊衛生成問題。吃喝玩樂不愁。設施齊全，乾淨整潔。

這個酒店是我在口岸住過4-5家裡麪床最舒服的，這個是不可否認的，性價比很高，服務也不錯，但是隔壁在施工，這個施工有多奇葩呢？就是我住這個酒店，不准我把車停在酒店門口（不是酒店不準，是施工呢要求。挺無語的，因為路口是沒有停車位的，如果非要我們停在路口那衹能違停，是要被貼罰單的！於是我停在了不影響施工的位置，但是還是被要求移車兩次！真的很無語！停的時候都跟施工的確認了停在這裏沒問題的情況下才停的！開車來的朋友們慎重選擇！沒有停車位真的很煩加上這裏的交警也比較🤢，懂得都懂，我人在車裡 在路邊等人都貼我罰單！其次呢這個施工的是早8幹到晚8，並且這個施工聲音巨大！5D環繞在你耳邊！於是我早上9點多就起床準備退房！簡直是一種折磨！

The location is very good, and the hygiene is okay. The only problem is that the hot water is not hot enough. After taking a painful warm bath, I didn't have time to ask the boss what happened. There are many restaurants opposite the hotel. There is a supermarket next door. There are also supermarkets and restaurants around the corner at the back.
