Trip.com showed the room type I booked permit smoking, when request during check in for non-smoking room, hotel staff mentioned the whole hotel actually does not allow smoking but some customer may still smoke in it. An air purifying in available in the room. Slightly contridicting is that an ashtray is seen inside the room provided by the hotel. If smoking not allow, hotel should not provide the ashtray. Luckily for my case the room was pretty plesant without any smoke smell. Overall, is a recommended hotel and I may book again if I visit Jieyang.
