The hardware is first-class in Jiexiu, but the service is really not good, except for the front desk, which is the enthusiasm of the front desk that offsets some dissatisfaction with other services... First of all, after checking in, I wiped the table and bedside table, and there was a layer of black soil. I had to wipe it three times in a row. Other hotels are very clean after one wipe. Secondly, the room sanitation is almost perfunctory, and the bathroom countertops are not wiped, which is really speechless. The breakfast variety is quite rich, but the attitude of the dining table waiter is really annoying. The three of us went in, and the room came with two breakfasts. I took out my mobile phone to scan the code to pay for one person, but the waiter said stiffly that you can only go in for two people! When I checked in, I specifically asked the front desk if I could scan the code in the restaurant to pay for one person's breakfast, but only two people could go in. I really don’t know how they were trained. This service is really sorry for the Barcelo resort hotel brand, and it is even more a discredit to the Pattaya Group!

The check-in process was very fast and efficient. The staff not only was kind, but also patiently introduced me to the hotel's facilities and services. Their professionalism and enthusiasm made me look forward to the next stay. Entering the room, the clean and tidy environment makes people feel happy. The beds are soft and comfortable, as if they are in the clouds. The facilities in the room are all available, whether it is air conditioning, TV or Wi-Fi, they are all working well. The soundproofing of the room was excellent, giving me a full rest in a quiet environment.
