The hotel has a good environment and a superior location. There are many fun and delicious things around, such as the Zongzi Museum in Yuehe (you can also go to eat the Chuanliu Buxi rotating hot pot), Nanhu Red Boat, Xitang, etc. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, the room cleaning is very timely and efficient, the staff are very dedicated and can handle problems in time, and put themselves in the shoes of the guests. A very satisfactory stay experience. It is a very good hotel and worth recommending.

I came here for the second time. The service was very proactive and enthusiastic. When we arrived, they took the initiative to upgrade us to an executive room, and there were welcome fruits when we entered. The room was bright and the bathtub was comfortable. The baby loved it. Before leaving, they also gave us a small gift for staying and words of blessing. It was a very comfortable and thoughtful experience. Thumbs up!

I visited Yuehe Inn for the second time because of the good memories from 5 years ago.
The handsome guy at the front desk was very friendly and upgraded the river view room near the bar to a quiet and beautiful view room.
The exterior is very retro, and the room is ultra-modern and renovated, making it more comfortable and down-to-earth than 5 years ago.
The breakfast is very rich. Sitting in the scenic area, enjoying the rain and tasting the food, you can relax to the fullest.
”Open the window to see Jiangnan, raise your eyebrows to see the mist and rain”, and you will see the Yuehe Cultural District when you go out. The ”butler” service of the inn has sublimated the soul of the cultural theme. It is worth watching again!!!

BBeibeinvwangchutaoFriends and kids travel together. The hotel staff contacted us the day before to check in. It takes 30 minutes to get to Tongxiang by high-speed rail from Shanghai. The hotel only takes 5-6 minutes to walk! Very convenient! The hotel lobby is very grand. We arrived at the hotel at more than 10 o'clock and arranged for us to check in directly. We also upgraded the room for free and delayed check-out until 2 pm! The room has a very good view, with floor-to-ceiling windows on three sides! The hotel has many breakfast options, and the basic ones are all available! There is also an outdoor swimming pool that can be played after 3 pm! (The bottom of the pool is a bit slippery, it can be cleaned up) Swimming rings are provided free of charge! You can eat Tongxiang's Lihua pot by taxi for 1 kilometer or so! If you go to the city center, you can take a taxi for about 10 kilometers and get to MixC for more than 20 yuan. There are food, drinks and fun there! Have a happy weekend, everyone had a great time!

KKatnisyanI stayed at Shengting Hotel last weekend and had a very good experience. Since the telephone consultation, the housekeeper Linlin was very kind and considerate. She took the initiative to add WeChat, helped confirm the order, and arranged for the little brother to wait at the tourist center to take us in. Because there were 3 adults on this trip, an extra bed was needed. The hotel arranged two room types for us to choose if the room allowed. One is a suite with a large room area, but it will be a little noisy on the street. The other is a superior king-size bed room with a relatively small area but quiet. In the end, we chose the suite. Although there will be some human voice interference at night (the hotel reminded us), the overall stay was extremely comfortable. My mother even felt that she slept better than at home. I have been to Wuzhen many times before, and I have stayed in many hotels inside and outside. None of them can compare with Shengting in terms of service. In addition, there are obvious advantages in hardware. The hotel is located in the middle of the main road. It is convenient to go either way. A few meters from the door is the designated location for the drama festival carnival performance. It is very convenient to watch the performance. The design of the hotel is also in line with my aesthetic taste. The overall structure is an old house, and the room is antique and beautiful. And because it is not near the water, it will not be damp and cold. Once I stayed in other hotels, the quilt was damp... The hotel has several options for breakfast. We chose the morning tea guest (equivalent to the self-service of each morning tea stall in the floating market). It is so comfortable to have tea by the water. Finally, we wanted to go to Beizha before leaving. After Linlin learned about it, she arranged a brother to take us to Beizhakou by the best route. Although this trip to Wuzhen only lasted two days and one night, it was very successful and happy. I am especially grateful to the housekeeper Linlin and several brothers. I will only choose Shengting when I go to Wuzhen in the future.

The guy at the front desk upgraded the room to a higher floor. The room is on the 40th floor.
It's a pity that the smog was quite serious in those days, the glass was not clean, and the field of vision was deducted.

The initial impact when entering the Hotel is good, the fragrance is pleasant, and the decor is modern and sleek.
During the online booking process, I had some Special Requests ”Romantic Theme” for the room, the request, was promptly approved.
Upon entering the Hotel, we were greeted by Sandy, at the front of House / Reception area.
Her service was prompt and professional.
She was friendly and informed us, that my wife would be receiving a cake for her Birthday.
The check in process was efficient.
We had the opportunity to briefly meet Edith, the Manager on duty.
She was friendly and welcoming.
The Birthday Cake and Fruit Platter, was delivered to our room, shortly after we checked in.
In my experience, the ”Restaurant” is the ”heartbeat” of any successful Hotel.
A restaurant with poor service and / or bad food, will surely lead to the demise of the business.
Fortunately, that's not the case for the ”Eatery Restaurant” at the ”Four Points by Sheraton” in Jiaxing.
The Restaurant's Staff are all very professional, and take pride in what they do.
The Buffet Dinner is available, during the weekends, and is very reasonably priced (great value for money).
The variety and quality of the cusine, is on International standard.
Western and Chinese dishes, are professionally prepared, and served at this Restaurant.
If I were to single out on special dish, it would most definitely be the ”Beef Wellington”, it was perfectly cooked and presented (the Best I have eaten, to date).
Compliments to the chef/s in this regard.
Special thanks to Tina, whom is always courteous, when I / we, visit the Restaurant.
Infact, Tina is the reason for my return and stay at the Hotel, this time around.
As she was most courteous and professional, during another visit to the Restaurant some time back.

We would also like to thank Gary, whom provided superb service and courtesy, during the Dinner service.
I could not help but notice, that Housekeeping were cleaning the rooms thoroughly.
Their service should not be overlooked, as their hard work, ensure that the facilities remain on standard.
Breakfast was excellent, with a superior variety of quality dishes and ingredients available.
We can recommend the ”Four Points by Sheraton” Jiaxing, to all guests, foreign and domestic.

EESMLStayed at this amazing resort at the end of April for a short getaway. The moment you enter the entrance, it gives you a serene feeling. The wide entrance walks you to the reception, as a relaxing scene awaits you. The hotel itself is more on modern architecture with minimalist designs.
Reception staff was very accommodating and friendly, he even upgraded our room for us to experience more the beauty of Alila, the assigned staff escorted us to our room and give us some heads up about what we can do and where to dine.
Since we came around late that afternoon, we had our dinner at the Chinese restaurant. The servers were all superb. We tried some of their specialties which staff recommended and we were very satisfied.
Afterward, we strolled around for some night views and fresh air. We then saw at the bar area, the singers are from Philippines (place where we came from), it gives us an urge to drop by to support and say hi. It turned out so well, they were very happy to see someone from where they came from (We were the first, according to them). We enjoyed the cocktails and ambiance so much.
Our room was on the ground floor with an independent entrance and 2 private gardens. All is perfect, despite the minimalisitc designs.
The breakfast buffet was served in a room facing the lake. As you're having your mouthwatering breakfast, you can enjoy the view.
Overall, our stay in this zen like resort brings tranquil zones, dropping the notch of a hustle and bustle city where we used to be.
