房間設施齊全，就是床墊太厚，這個天比較尷尬，開熱空調，有點熱。酒店的設計風格簡約大氣。早餐較豐富，25樓旋轉餐廳格調高雅。

跟媽媽一起旅行，酒店工作人員很貼心的安排了歡迎水果，然後因為我們沒來得及退房，還協商了延遲退房。
交通：地理位置方便，教堂和子城都在酒店馬路對面，我們都是步行去月河，瓶山，南湖和越秀集市，嘉興不大，但是超級乾淨！
衞生：乾淨的，基本五星級酒店的要求都能達到，新裝修，裝修風格不是老式酒店那種，浴室是推拉屏風，城景房

地理位置好，旋轉餐廳也挺有趣。入住期間空調説是在檢修還是什麼，反正無法正常使用。辦理入住的時候也沒有提醒，這點體驗不好。

酒店位於地段十分棒的戴夢得大廈前台服務人員態度非常好，建議酒店對全體前台人員提出表揚，他們都有微笑服務。很棒。酒店環境非常衞生，頂樓的旋轉餐廳風景很好，早餐豐富，大家下次來入住

酒店位置不錯，對面就是天主堂和子城遺址公園，距離月河老街和南湖景區也是步行可到的距離，吃完飯消消食走回去正好，叫外賣會有機器人軟軟糯糯的送來，也很方便
