The location is very good. It is very convenient to enter and exit the Nanhu Scenic Area. It is a few steps away from the coffee shop Fufule (I think). This coffee shop is highly recommended. The butter coffee is delicious. Hokkaido generally doesn't order it. The hotel room is clean and the facilities are OK. The service attitude is very good. Seeing that we brought the children, we also provided the children's toothbrushes and slippers. We also presented breakfast. We smiled throughout the whole process. The hotel has a good environment and a superior location. There are many fun and delicious things around, such as the Zongzi Museum in Yuehe (you can also go to eat the Chuanliu Buxi rotating hot pot), Nanhu Red Boat, Xitang, etc. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, the room cleaning is very timely and efficient, the staff are very dedicated and can handle problems in time, and put themselves in the shoes of the guests. A very satisfactory stay experience. It is a very good hotel and worth recommending.
The hotel parking is also very convenient. You can enter and exit at will by telling the front desk the license plate. The environment nearby is very good, the night view is very beautiful, it is a check-in point, and you can also go to ride the Ferris wheel next to the hotel.

First of all, the location: 2 kilometers away from the highway exit, opposite the high-speed rail station.
Environment: The hotel lobby is very large, the rooms are also very large, especially the rooms have independent cloakrooms and dressing rooms, which is particularly friendly to ladies. You can only experience its magnificence in person
Facilities: The hotel has a naughty castle and a book bar. The children had a lot of fun
Service: The hotel staff are very enthusiastic and greet people with a smile.
Finally, share a few details: The breakfast is very rich, the freshly cooked noodles and wontons are very good, especially the vegetables that go with the noodles are: fresh shepherd's purse, which is absolutely cost-effective. Next time I come to Tongxiang, I will definitely choose this hotel

LlzgkAlthough there are not many cultural attractions, Tongxiang Zhenshi Hotel is a very good choice for a two-day and one-night leisure trip. The service is good, the breakfast is very rich, the swimming pool is great, and the children like it very much.

GGuest UserFirst of all, the location is excellent. You can walk a few steps to the right of the hotel to reach the entrance of Gate 2, which is so convenient! The room was quite large and cleanly decorated, which made me, a mysophobic person, very comfortable. (I forgot to take pictures of the inside of the room, but of the external environment.) I decided to renew the reservation for another night. I originally planned to stay in Nanxun Ancient Town for one night. , I gave up living there. What’s interesting is that the two chairs in the room can be rotated while sitting on them. There is a parking lot below the window for convenience, and there is a river and the scenery is nice. The boss was very enthusiastic. He carried our luggage upstairs and introduced us to a restaurant where we could eat. He also drove us to the old street for free and to the parking lot of the scenic spot. The service was very good! Will recommend friends to stay here. There is also a small problem that I forgot to remind the boss at the time. The temperature of the bath water is unstable. When adjusting the water, it is either hot or cold. I hope they can pay attention to it. All in all, staying here is a good choice!

MMichael & Nici Exploring China and BeyondWe booked our stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel in Jiaxing, to celebrate my wife's Birthday, and to enjoy Dragon Boat Festival.
The initial impact when entering the Hotel is good, the fragrance is pleasant, and the decor is modern and sleek.
During the online booking process, I had some Special Requests ”Romantic Theme” for the room, the request, was promptly approved.
Upon entering the Hotel, we were greeted by Sandy, at the front of House / Reception area.
Her service was prompt and professional.
She was friendly and informed us, that my wife would be receiving a cake for her Birthday.
The check in process was efficient.
We had the opportunity to briefly meet Edith, the Manager on duty.
She was friendly and welcoming.
The Birthday Cake and Fruit Platter, was delivered to our room, shortly after we checked in.
In my experience, the ”Restaurant” is the ”heartbeat” of any successful Hotel.
A restaurant with poor service and / or bad food, will surely lead to the demise of the business.
Fortunately, that's not the case for the ”Eatery Restaurant” at the ”Four Points by Sheraton” in Jiaxing.
The Restaurant's Staff are all very professional, and take pride in what they do.
The Buffet Dinner is available, during the weekends, and is very reasonably priced (great value for money).
The variety and quality of the cusine, is on International standard.
Western and Chinese dishes, are professionally prepared, and served at this Restaurant.
If I were to single out on special dish, it would most definitely be the ”Beef Wellington”, it was perfectly cooked and presented (the Best I have eaten, to date).
Compliments to the chef/s in this regard.
Special thanks to Tina, whom is always courteous, when I / we, visit the Restaurant.
Infact, Tina is the reason for my return and stay at the Hotel, this time around.
As she was most courteous and professional, during another visit to the Restaurant some time back.

We would also like to thank Gary, whom provided superb service and courtesy, during the Dinner service.
I could not help but notice, that Housekeeping were cleaning the rooms thoroughly.
Their service should not be overlooked, as their hard work, ensure that the facilities remain on standard.
Breakfast was excellent, with a superior variety of quality dishes and ingredients available.
We can recommend the ”Four Points by Sheraton” Jiaxing, to all guests, foreign and domestic.
We look forward to our next stay, and hope to enjoy many more special moments at this Hotel.

MMervynHad the pleasure of staying in Wuzhen Zeilin viewing Pavilion boutique Hotel for one night.
Upon arrival, the boss was very friendly and gave us local tips for around the Wuzhen area and future travel advice around Jiangsu. The hotel is just a short walking distance to the main Wuzhen Xizha tourist area.
The room provided was very clean and spacious, with a large shower. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast downstairs for an affordable cost. The boss also provided a driver for us to travel to Suzhou.
Highly recommended and would book again if we ever visit Wuzhen! 👍

EEveryday is a good day!The hotel is very nice in many ways. The hospitality, the breakfast, and the location exceed my expectation. Only my room carpet looks old with stains. It would be better if that can be replaced with wood floor or high traffic carpet. Overall it’s a great place to stay. I’ll definitely recommend to my friends.
