🏨Jiaxing Hilton Hotel For the third night of our trip to Jiaxing, we chose International Group, which is also said to be the commanding heights of Jiaxing. The guy at the front desk upgraded the room to a higher floor. The room is on the 40th floor. It's a pity that the smog was quite serious in those days, the glass was not clean, and the field of vision was deducted. The grandeur and details of the hotel are still rated online. Compared with Hilton prices in other cities, it is also very cost-effective. We booked our stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel in Jiaxing, to celebrate my wife's Birthday, and to enjoy Dragon Boat Festival. The initial impact when entering the Hotel is good, the fragrance is pleasant, and the decor is modern and sleek. During the online booking process, I had some Special Requests ”Romantic Theme” for the room, the request, was promptly approved. Upon entering the Hotel, we were greeted by Sandy, at the front of House / Reception area. Her service was prompt and professional. She was friendly and informed us, that my wife would be receiving a cake for her Birthday. The check in process was efficient. We had the opportunity to briefly meet Edith, the Manager on duty. She was friendly and welcoming. The Birthday Cake and Fruit Platter, was delivered to our room, shortly after we checked in. In my experience, the ”Restaurant” is the ”heartbeat” of any successful Hotel. A restaurant with poor service and / or bad food, will surely lead to the demise of the business. Fortunately, that's not the case for the ”Eatery Restaurant” at the ”Four Points by Sheraton” in Jiaxing. The Restaurant's Staff are all very professional, and take pride in what they do. The Buffet Dinner is available, during the weekends, and is very reasonably priced (great value for money). The variety and quality of the cusine, is on International standard. Western and Chinese dishes, are professionally prepared, and served at this Restaurant. If I were to single out on special dish, it would most definitely be the ”Beef Wellington”, it was perfectly cooked and presented (the Best I have eaten, to date). Compliments to the chef/s in this regard. Special thanks to Tina, whom is always courteous, when I / we, visit the Restaurant. Infact, Tina is the reason for my return and stay at the Hotel, this time around. As she was most courteous and professional, during another visit to the Restaurant some time back. Thank you again, Tina. We would also like to thank Gary, whom provided superb service and courtesy, during the Dinner service. I could not help but notice, that Housekeeping were cleaning the rooms thoroughly. Their service should not be overlooked, as their hard work, ensure that the facilities remain on standard. Breakfast was excellent, with a superior variety of quality dishes and ingredients available. We can recommend the ”Four Points by Sheraton” Jiaxing, to all guests, foreign and domestic. We look forward to our next stay, and hope to enjoy many more special moments at this Hotel. See you soon.

Overall a good experience. I have to point out though that the pool is lukewarm and not fully heated. I would also like to point out that the concierge chose to speak in mandarin to my friend and didn’t include me in the conversation even though the booking I made was on my name and he was able to speak English. I had to guess what was happening the entire time.

Service was good, friendly, facilities there seems to be plenty, good architecture design. Cons: non-smoking room smells like smoke continuosly, suggesting the aircon system is circulating smoke from somewhere. it's not squeaky clean Breakfast was pretty good. Nearby parks are nice to walk in.

Overall it's OK, the room price didn't increase during holidays, the price-performance ratio is high Facilities: Overall average, but the air conditioning doesn't work, no matter how you adjust it, it doesn't work, you can only turn it off Sanitation: OK, not too concerned Environment: The hotel is large overall, the lobby is really large, the surrounding environment is average, it's next to the elevated road, and the elevated road is being repaired outside Service: Overall good service, they will proactively inform you if there is construction and renovation, and the breakfast is also quite rich

The hotel has a good environment and a superior location. There are many fun and delicious things around, such as the Zongzi Museum in Yuehe (you can also go to eat the Chuanliu Buxi rotating hot pot), Nanhu Red Boat, Xitang, etc. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, the room cleaning is very timely and efficient, the staff are very dedicated and can handle problems in time, and put themselves in the shoes of the guests. A very satisfactory stay experience. It is a very good hotel and worth recommending. The hotel parking is also very convenient. You can enter and exit at will by telling the front desk the license plate. The environment nearby is very good, the night view is very beautiful, it is a check-in point, and you can also go to ride the Ferris wheel next to the hotel.

First of all, the hotel has a good environment and convenient transportation. The facilities inside the hotel are complete, including a jacuzzi and a toilet, which are the configurations of a five-star hotel in my mind. The key is the good service. The front desk greets you with a smile and the waiters are polite. It is worth remembering.

It's no exaggeration to say that I will definitely recommend ALILA Hotel WuZhen to my friends if they have plans to travel to Jiaxing. From the moment I arrived the hotel, I felt the warm welcome from the front desk staff. I was really enjoying the warm welcome drinks, fresh pear juice provided by the check-in lobby. In particular, thanks to Sherry, the receptionist, who contacted me in advance before my arrival and kindly reminded me that thick clothes need to be prepared for the local cooling. The concierge took the initiative to help me bring my luggage to the room and personally guided me to the room, they gave a detailed introduction of the hotel facilities and dining outlets. I was greatly moved and surprised by the exquisite welcome amenity prepared on the table in the room. There are delicate and delicious macarons, fresh fruit plates prepared with care, a bottle of fine red wine, afternoon patisserie with Zhejiang characteristics, and even a welcome letter handwritten by General Manager Nick. I can feel that Alila's staff really treat guests with true heart. I still want to thank a boy who worked in the hotel bar. I'm sorry that I forgot his name. He patiently took beautiful photos of me on the afternoon of my arrival, recording my wonderful moment in the Alila Hotel. I really enjoy the relaxing time in the bar of this hotel. There is a standing performance of Filipino band in the bar at night. The service provided by the band was very good. They cared about each guest on the scene and asked each guest what song they wanted to listen to in a friendly and warm manner. I was really immersed in relaxing and drinking there. The breakfast in the hotel is well-done. The food quality and taste are very good. The breakfast choices are very rich. The only disadvantage is that the skin of shrimp dumplings is too thick. Alex, the Director of Food and Beverage, actively inquired about our stay experience and personally served us with care. The service was very good. He knew that we felt too hot when sitting outdoors and quickly helped us transfer to the indoor table near the window. When I was checking out, the front desk staff treated us warmly as always, and gave me a sleeping pillow spray and a wash and care package as a parting gift, which greatly moved me again. Compared to the next hotels I stayed in on this trip, the hotel that impressed me the most was definitely the Alila Hotel, with its superb service.

Wuzhen is a very famous Internet celebrity homestay with good service and excellent location. It is located on a street in the scenic area. It is centrally located. It is convenient to go anywhere. It has complete facilities on the side. There is an Internet celebrity restaurant that is very good and recommended! The lady at the front desk serves very well, and the boss wants to add a chicken leg to her!
