帶父母和孩子來西塘，民宿在景區內，景區門票需要自理，可以讓民宿代為買票。民宿服務很好，停車就在門口也很方便，走到西塘古鎮很近，裏面有旅拍還可以坐船，小鎮風情很悠閑

酒店整體有江南小院的風格，位於景區邊上，屬景區內，打車非常方便。整個西塘景區不大，酒店到核心景點也就是十來分鐘的路。
此次住的帶露台大床房，房間比較寬敞，很是乾淨衞生。馬桶、浴室、洗漱台三者都是獨立空間，提高了使用效率和私密性😀。馬桶是智能的，不像有些酒店標着“智能”，但實際上衹是碰一下掀蓋，摸一下沖廁，而洗不了PP😀自動煮水器也有，就是那種煮水沖茶的“金灶”之類的。
服務態度好。老闆（或員工）會提前打電話與你溝通。景區內住宿可以優惠價購買門票，我是下午5點後才到景區，老闆告知我此時段可免票。老闆娘還幫我們提行李、介紹景區，還帶我們抄近路去核心景點。整個店裡的人態度都很友好。
此次入住體驗很好，非常值得推薦。
