Service: The attitude is very good. Because we need clothes hangers to dry clothes later, the service staff is more thoughtful than we thought, and they are all fully equipped. Breakfast: The hotel is very considerate for the early flight personnel. You can eat some boiled products at 6 o'clock, so you won't have to rush to the plane on an empty stomach. After getting off the plane, it took about half an hour to walk to the shuttle bus. After going to the front desk, there was no queue. The shuttle bus arrived in one or two minutes. The room was large and clean, but it felt like there were no people in the building. There was indeed no front desk. Maybe this place is too big, and not every building has a front desk. The dining area is next to the building where I live. After eating at the restaurant, I called a shuttle bus to take me to the bus place. Overall, it felt okay.

Secondly, the hotel itself is very new, with good hardware facilities, large rooms, smart toilets and Dyson hair dryers; each room has a large outdoor space, and the hot spring pool is on the platform or yard outside the room; the drinks in the room are free, and the hotel is still very generous, with welcome fruits and snacks. Third, the hotel's catering is also good, because the hotel is inside the scenic area and there is no catering around, so three meals a day are eaten in the hotel. The Chinese food for dinner is not bad; the breakfast is the best, with a rich variety, and I like beef noodles the most, anyway, it is my favorite taste. Finally, let's talk about the service, because I fell and broke my knee during my stay. It was at night, and the hotel staff brought various disinfection items, but I was not stable in my heart, so I decided to go to the nearest hospital to deal with it. The location of the hotel is not easy to get a taxi, and it was night. I wanted the hotel to find a car to take us to the hospital, but the service staff said that she was the only one on duty at the front desk at night, and the hotel had no car to take us to the hospital. We had to take Didi to the hospital by ourselves. Fortunately, we got a car. After checking at the hospital, it was confirmed that the wound was not too serious, and we returned to the hotel after the treatment. That night, the young man of the hotel's catering manager (surname Li) came to comfort me with a small gift, and apologized for not being able to take us to the hospital; the next morning, it felt like a more senior manager delivered breakfast to the room, and clearly informed us that the cost of our dinner the day before would be waived, and finally apologized to us. So, I think the hotel's service is generally good. We are generally satisfied. This hotel is very suitable for leisure and vacation, and it is suitable for a large family with elderly and children to lie down and rest together. Because of the injury this time, many projects have not been experienced in time, so I should go again.

趕在世博會閉幕之前，我們一家入住了成都世園瀑布美憬閣酒店。從車子開進一片被竹子環繞的小道，彷彿來到了隱世之所，而酒店的整體以園區獨特的紅砂巖、瀑布為設計靈感，用自然的形與色塑造建築，形成“三石三瀑”的自然居所，讓我有一種身居巖中、眼觀瀑布、耳聽流水的巴適感。酒店的客房都是可以直麪瀑布，並且每一間客房都帶有陽台浴缸。讓我在泡澡的同時，可以欣賞瀑布垂下來的舒適感。如果在晚上8點，還可以邊泡澡邊欣賞瀑布山體光影秀，一場讓人震撼的投影在巖石公開上演。傍晚，來到錦雲中餐廳，品味地道的川式美味，看着窗外浪漫的摩天輪美景。此情此景，讓我們一家人流連忘返。

Hotel room is spacious. Everything else is good except that the bathroom leaks after shower. The water leaks into toilet & also to the exterior to the vanity top area. Just 15-20mins from airport. Free shuttle to & fro airport is a plus point. Breakfast spread is pretty good.
