房間很爛，空調很爛，服務很爛！入住時酒店枕頭就是黃的，想想這麼便宜的價格就忍了！但是退房時，以枕頭變黃為由，要求加收20元的清潔費。真的是倒黴，***第一次見用這麼噁心的理由來噁心人。所以這麼爛的地方大家避坑吧

很老得一家酒店了，設施設備都已經老掉牙了，房間整體感覺跟進行旅館一樣，完全沒有性價比
住習慣連鎖酒店得人，建議還是選擇連鎖
很多年都沒有住到過老店了，有些老店名字很大氣，原來在當地都很不錯，現在都過時了沒有更新，價格上還跟其它得新連鎖品牌店差不多，真的沒有性價比

很少點評酒店，除非它特別差或者特別好。這家酒店就是特別差的，大家避雷。首先，這家酒店會在顧客沒退房（沒到退房時間）且不告知顧客的情況下偷偷進入房間打掃，對未退房的顧客來説有極高的遺失財物的風險且非常不尊重人，對下一位入住的顧客來説有衞生不達標的風險，第二在向前台反應這個問題的時候，前台態度差，用理所當然的語氣説”我們這裏就是中午要去打掃房間”，態度傲慢，服務意識極其差。第三這家酒店很舊，房間光線昏暗，用眼會極度不舒服，設施損壞不更換。第四這家酒店很臟，床單被套沙發等等都很臟，睡在床上感覺很癢很癢。上述內容均有照片為證。再説回第一個問題，這家酒店在攜程上要求的退房時間是13點，我是在12點詢問前台我是否可以先去吃飯，在14點前退房，酒店前台回覆可以。但是當我13點到達房間時候，發現房間已經被打掃（照片是13點04分拍的,就算酒店員工13點來打掃，也不可能在4分鐘內完成更換床單被套，垃圾袋，打掃馬桶，浴室等等並且還沒有與13點04前回房的我相遇），所以毫無爭議，酒店就是在規定的最晚退房時間前，在顧客未退房的情況下偷偷進入顧客房間打掃。目前已經向平台反饋這個事情，因為實在讓人生氣，得不到一句解釋和道歉，前台，酒店員工態度傲慢。我在簡陽老城區另外一家價格相同的酒店住過，沒有上述問題，為了防止這家酒店説我是拖，我就不透露那家酒店名字了。
