一家人兩個房間單獨在後院，還有個獨立小空間可以坐着休息。但是老房子隔音一般，衞生間洗漱夜裡能聽到，這個房型還是推薦一家人住，朋友的話怕尷尬
房間收拾的很乾凈。整個建築都很有特色
位置很絕，離新城區步行，沃爾瑪屈臣氏5分鐘走路，但是又在老城，出門就能感受建水老城的煙火氣，又不至於在面向遊客的老城商業區那樣無趣。旁邊就是小火車起始站。
兩個老闆很熱情，幫我介紹景點，還幫忙帶娃
晚上跟願意聊天的客人們圍爐烤豆腐喝茶，很愜意

一座鬧中取靜的愜意院子，給了我很多驚喜。不拘一格的裝飾，與古建築相互呼應。是如此協調。早餐很精緻。有機會還會再來的。

這次帶孩子來建水玩，攜程上隨意訂了這家酒店，主打離小火車臨安站近。
設施：建水十大古建築之一，朱家花園的縮小版。古色古香，有天井，有茶室，每一個角落都有古樸的氣息。
交通：離小火車臨安站，步行2分鐘，就在隔壁。
離古城步行8分鐘。
隔壁就是束西餐廳，茶飲，咖喱飯很好吃！
衞生：乾淨，整潔
服務：有接服務，我到了晚上8點多。老闆也去接了我們。歡迎水果份量很足，還有牛奶。還可以穿着旗袍在院子裏拍照。
附加服務：可以吃飯圍爐煮茶，老闆親子烤的建水豆腐。給提供的遊玩攻略也是妥妥的，吃住，玩，很詳細。

很少點評，這次在建水過年，老闆給了家的温暖和快樂，太安逸了~
有韻味的古宅適合慢慢品味，房間乾淨，可以洗衣服有烘乾機也特別適合帶娃旅行~
水壓問題，相對老房子，完全可以接受
院子裏圍爐煮茶聊聊天，擼貓，幸福的時光~~
艾斯真的太可愛了，乖巧的一動不動
老闆不但準備了豐富的年夜飯，煙花，居然還有紅色襪子，儀式感滿滿
不得不説早飯米線太好吃了，還有紅薯

過年在院子裏踏踏實實睡了好幾天，雖然在古城裡，但是院子真的好安逸…..如果對睡眠有要求的，強烈安利哦….最意想不到的是掌櫃還精心準備了年30的年夜飯，第一次在外面體會到了在家的熱鬧温馨，認識了好多新朋友，真的是旅途中的小確幸啊……

小院古樸而安靜，老闆加了隔音保暖層，完全不用擔心老房子通常有的隔音問題。位置緊鄰着沃爾瑪和臨安火車站，自駕出行非常方便。老闆是有故事的人，每天晚上會在院子裡帶大家圍爐煮茶，不去景點也可以待一天的那種。老闆養的折耳貓非常可愛，是此行孩子最喜歡的元素。希望還有機會再來建水，下次還會住這裏～
