However, as a high-end hotel, some details need to be improved: for example, the parking lot is completely uncovered and exposed to the sun all day. The hotel should prepare car shade cloth for customers; the restaurant has a good view, but the breakfast is very ordinary. Whether it is a set meal or a buffet, there is no outstanding place, of course, there is no mistake, and it is much inferior to Lin'an Hotel. I stayed for three consecutive nights and had three dinners. The first meal of braised duck tasted great. The ingredients were very good. The fish in the next two meals were unsatisfactory and not enough for the high-end positioning set by the hotel. The third floor is indeed the floor with the best lake view in the hotel, but it's a pity that half of the view is the road and parking lot, which makes the hotel's location a bit awkward. It is said that the boutique hotel built with 700 million yuan of funds is close to the local high-rise residential buildings. I envy the residents of this residential building, who enjoy the visual enjoyment of the lake view and boutique courtyard every day. Before I checked in, I expected the hotel to have a better surrounding environment. As a former hotelier, Ting Ziyun satisfies all my dreams of a resort hotel. The hotel is located on a small street near Fu'an Gate in the ancient city of Jianshui. The winding paths, the layered plant communities, and the artistic decorations all convey the taste and style of the owner silently. The welcoming way of making guests feel at home. Manager Luo, a former border guard, treats guests with the warmth of spring, just like what Lei Feng described in his diary. He takes care of everything and gives me a full sense of security as a traveler. All the staff of the hotel respond with smiles and sincere service like they treat family members. Hotel is very well located, only 5min walk from the Confucius temple and old town pedestrian area, yet still accessible by car. The room, even if freshly renovated, was a little bit disappointing with windows facing another building so it was very dark and could not even see weather outside. It was also quite small, but for 1 night it made a deal. The staff is friendly and helpful (even if not speaking English) and breakfast could definitely be improved (only eggs, oranges, soup and struggling to get a coffee!).

Waking up in the morning, walking on the streets of the ancient city, and feeling the simple atmosphere made me feel as if I had traveled back to that era. The facilities in the guest rooms are also very complete. Details such as disposable slippers, sterilized slippers, disposable bath towels and toilet mats all reflect the inn's thoughtfulness. Moreover, the rooms are decorated in an antique style, and every stay is like a journey through time. Breakfast was even more memorable. That bowl of grass sprout rice noodles is delicious and leaves people with endless aftertaste. The afternoon tea snacks are also quite rich, and every bite is satisfying. The housekeeper at Zhuyexuan Inn left a deep impression on me. She is a thoughtful lady who always has a smile on her face and makes me feel welcome. No matter what questions I had, she would patiently answer them and thoughtfully remind me of various travel precautions. This kind of meticulous care made me feel at home. In addition, the scenery inside Zhuyexuan Inn is also unique. Every place is full of antique charm, whether it is the layout of the courtyard or the surrounding scenery, it makes people linger. The hotel premises are clearly 5* ! Location : a 5mn walk from the Old city, and from lots of restaurants at night. very easy to find. Staff : very nice staff! Despite not speaking English, they tried their best to please me. They helped me book a taxi, and talk to the driver. I was disappointed I was not in the building with the garden, and granted me access to the garden part. Hotel : Congratulations to the designer, who is a VERY talented person. The design, mixing old and new, is absolutely stunning. It respects tradidtions, but with a twist. the garden is exceptional. having the tea there was one of the highlights of my entire trip. Rooms : they are super luxurious, huge, with marble bathrooms and Japanese toilets. But a loise of traffic noise from mine. Only downside : this hotel is made of two buildings, which are on the other side of the street. The fish tank building has this amazing fisthtank, but it located in a VERY noisy street. My bedroom was overlooking the street, it was difficult in the morning. The garden building is super calm in an alley, all the rooms are overlooking this incredible old garden, no noise. I would recommend the owner to clearly indicate in which building the rooms are during the booking to avoid any potential disappointment upon arrival. rooms in the fishtank part are the cheapest. Overall I was happy with my stay, it's one of the most beautiful hotels I've stayed in. But beware of the building you are booking to avoid surprises! I wish I had stayed longer.

Independent small courtyard in Jianshui Ancient City, there are two vans, two ear rooms and a kitchen. The courtyard is antique and the room is equipped with modern equipment.
