房間乾淨整潔，非常敞亮。有單獨陽台，配有洗衣機，特別方便。前台服務到位，很耐心，熱情。樓下有大超市和飯店，挺方便的。還免費停車，適合出遊居住

差點中毒，剛剛裝修的房間味道都沒散，就租給我們，進來房間十幾分鍾就感覺到頭暈，跟老闆溝通説有味道，跟老闆溝通説有味道，老闆説這是無害的油漆，但是我們兩個人都頭暈，想吐了，叫幫忙換個房，要加錢80才願意給我們換，我們不願意，我就説那我直接把事情發在評論區，他們又説説我50的換房費，簡直就是黑商，直接報警早點處理

這海悦灣公寓總體來説給差評，熱水出水不夠令你不敢用沐浴露怕沒水充乾淨，床不夠大，二樓的洗手間橫樑抵到撞破頭，説是免費停車場但收費超貴的手機掃碼付款，服務枱基本沒有人服務，打手機叫人來要慢慢等，辦理入住時問停車是否收費他説不知道，害得我將車停在裡邊計時收費才能起槓出來，睡一個晚上收20元停車費好怨的，辦理完入住後就基本找不到服務員問什麼了，總之告訴大家不要去這公寓住宿，服務差公寓設備差還差D兩百四一晚，第一次遇到這麼差評的住宿，還訂了兩晚太不值了。電梯誰都可以進去不夠安全。
