The hotel is right by the Xin'an River, with a great location. There are parking spaces on the ground and underground, which is very convenient to get in and out. The room is next to the river, and you can enjoy the river view from the room. In the morning and evening, you can see the clouds and mist rising from the Xin'an River, and the fairy air is floating, which is unexpectedly beautiful. The hotel is in a great location, just by the Xin'an River, a 2-minute walk away. The staff are very friendly and the service is very good. The hotel also has a message wall, tea brewing around the stove, and handmade tofu buns. The overall environment, hygiene, service, and management are all very good. I will come again next time.

前台客户小姐姐態度非常好 服務人員態度都不錯 除了吃早飯的餐廳做麪條和小餛飩的那個服務員態度不是很好之外 別的態度都很好 雖然住17層 但是一早上能聽到軍訓的吵鬧聲和外面施工的聲音 比較吵 空調調到30度 室內温度還是19度 冷死個人 老酒店 房間剛進去有股味道 要開窗通風一會 8月來 早晚都沒有霧

Immediately Upon arrival the staff we're very welcoming and the hospitality felt genuine. There were complimentary snacks in the foyeur for the Qingming festival which kept the little one entertained whilst we dealt with a very swift check-in, The room was facing the river and immaculately clean and tastefully decorated.
When we went swimming our daughter didn't have goggles to wear and was gratefully lent a set by the staff there.
The Food was really great and our waitress Cindy helped us
with every request we had for breakfast and on the second day, because we had to leave early, the front desk lady Alice also assisted us by preparing a take-away meal.
The fact that the hotel opens into a very modern shopping center made sure that

The hotel is very close to the ancient city of Yanzhou, and it takes about 15 minutes to walk to it at most.
It is nice to take a walk along the river after dinner, and you can also watch performances in the ancient city.
Facilities: I booked a parent-child LOFT room. There is a 1.8M large bed on each floor, two bathrooms, and a small tent and toys for children upstairs, which is also very considerate.
The overall feeling is that the room is relatively large, which is just right for our family of three. There are chairs and tables outside the room, which is very friendly to men who smoke.
Breakfast is on the M floor (B1 floor), and the category is not particularly rich. It would be more perfect if there were more varieties. At the same time, there is a swimming pool and a small playground for children to play on this floor, as well as a children's reading area. At the same time, the hotel also provided us with a welcome meal, which can be used for dinner or lunch during the stay.
Overall, I am quite satisfied with this hotel. The check-in experience is also good

The last minute itinerary was a pleasant surprise. Before check-in, the housekeeper Wenjing added me on WeChat and shared the time and location of various entertainment activities in the hotel, which was very convenient. I was particularly happy this time because the housekeeper helped me upgrade the room type. The mountain view suite has a very good view and a large balcony. It is very comfortable to come here in autumn. There are various entertainment activities in the hotel, which are very suitable for children. GGuest UserThe homestay is located in Sandu Fishing Village on the edge of Xin'an River, and you can see the scenery in the room. The rooms are well-equipped and clean, and the service staff are very enthusiastic. There are requirements to solve them immediately. When we went, we also upgraded the room for free and gave a souvenir. The homestay also has free bicycle rentals, you can ride around the lake in the morning or evening to watch the sunrise and sunset. Afternoon tea at the village coffee shop was also presented, a very satisfying stay experience.

There were also toothbrushes and slippers for the baby, and there was also a small refrigerator that I could use directly. The considerations are quite comprehensive. The hotel is well designed. If the weather is good and it doesn't rain, it will still be very photogenic. Moreover, the hotel has many sports facilities indoors, so there is no need to worry about having no place to play even if it rains recently. There are table tennis courts, badminton, gyms, and children's playgrounds. The children's playground is still very new and there is no smell. The baby reserved the playground that day. There are also basketball courts and football fields outdoors. You can also set up tents when the weather is warm. It is very suitable for team building and family gatherings. There is not much food and nothing special. It is more convenient to drive by car.

MMattStray Clouds Villa is a fantastic place to stay in Jiande, especially for those looking to take a break from city life and enjoy some time in the countryside. The owner of the hotel lives in Singapore, but handles registration for foreigners remotely. The three women who work at the hotel are lovely and make sure that each guest is treated with the same generous hospitality. My only suggestion for foreign passport holders looking to stay here is to establish contact with the owner in advance by adding his WeChat (same as the hotel's phone number) to share documents required for registration at the local police station including passport information page, current Chinese visa, most recent entry stamp, residential address in China, and phone number. This will decrease the time needed for check-in.
The hotel itself was spectacularly clean and the rooms were spacious. The hotel is just minutes away by foot from Tuanyun Pagoda (抟云塔) and Wenchang Pavilion (文昌阁), two of Xinye Ancient's Village (新叶古村) most recognizable landmarks. The nearest bullet train station in Lanxi, Jinhua is currently closed, so it's best to take a bullet train into Jiande Station (建德站) followed by a 70-90 minute Didi directly to the hotel.
Highly recommended for a weekend getaway!
