一進門房間煙味特大，清潔不算到位，自己開窗通風挺長時間才感覺沒有味道了，枕頭上也有煙味，只是發現的時候太晚了 太累不想麻煩，感受不太好。

住過最差的一間萬達沒有之一！雖然是萬達旗下的公寓，但是服務卻不匹配，和幾十年前的旅館差不多！辦理入住的時候和前台員工説想要一間安靜的房間，前台説今天住的人不多應該安靜。結果拿了房卡一看，電梯旁邊的房間，想着不麻煩前台了自己下去換吧，發現前台員工跑去和另一個酒店的前台聊天去了，問可不可以換一間，前台又説換不了，説住的人太多了！住的人一會多一會少自己不矛盾嘛？總之入住這天這前台真的不像個專業的酒店前台，而且還掛在萬達下面，早晚得被這服務把客人都搞沒了！真的太差！另外酒店的花灑水壓也不穩，水流特別小，一會冷一會熱。
