Fiz minha reserva um dia antes de ir viajar a negócio, chegando ao hotel as 22:30 a recepcionista me informou que não tinha nem uma reserva em meu nome mesmo eu passando o numero da reserva que recebi por e-mail e o PIN, e não teria quarto disponível para me atender, ela tentou ligar para "Gerencia" mas nem se quer atendeu o telefone. bom fiquei na mão e muito insatisfeito com o serviço pois até e-mail de confirmação de reserva eu recebi!
Acredito que este hotel não esteja adequado para este tipo de serviço, pois divulgam em site de reserva e não tem preparo suficiente para atender, ou atenção aos clientes que vem pelo site.

Adorei a estadia! Só o banheiro que foi um pouco desconfortável suas condições. De toda forma no geral foi ótimo. Tive um problema e a recepcionista foi super atenciosa e querida em resolver. A limpeza do local estava ótima também. E os colaboradores pelos locais foram todos simpáticos também.

experiência péssima, apt 25: piso fazia muito barulho, o ar condicionado fazia muito barulho, mas o pior foi a lâmpada do quarto, assim que apaguei ela ficou brilhando, tipo fluorescente só que branca, o quarto ficou muito claro, além de barulhento. As portas são estreitas, quase que não passa o carrinho do bebê e não tinha toalha de rosto disponível. O tipo de fechamento das portas também é ruim, pois para fechar ela faz um barulho muito alto, ouvi os outros hóspedes baterem a porta nitidamente. Horrível para passar a noite, fui para dormir mas não dormi.

Tive a linda experiência de me hospedar nos quartos de luxo, do Hotel Maximus. Sempre adoro o lugar pelo atendimento, cuidado com o hóspede, pela limpeza e especialmente pelo absurdo conforto dos quartos. As camas são extremamente macias e os travesseiros muito macios! Sempre que venho à Ji-Paraná, tenho a melhor experiência no Maximus.

Quarto com bom Ar condicionado, tem shampoo, tv simples. Tomadas 110v ainda sao padrao antigo, nao tinham adaptador, tive que comprar. Local bem localizado com acesso a restaurantes pertos e supermecado. Recomendo contratar um tecnico eletrico para rever as tomadas.
