Location good, food quality is poor, hotel staff was very supportive, and all things like soaps, shmpoo, sleeper available in room

Worst experience, water was coming from the window in the room, my booking included all the meals but the hotel gave me only one option veg thali, when i asked about the other option the hotel manager said hum sir f veg thali dete hai baki everything is chargeable. I never suggest this hotel.

also warm water was not available in morning post request they send after 30 mins

The hotel was clean and the staff were supportive. Limited options in breakfast if you booked with room. Only two options. This is pathetic.

Room bedsheet dowse not look clean and iron board is not there in the entire hotel. Where would u run now to get little ironing done on your t shirt? that’s awkward.

Tourism in jhansi for one day. It was very good experience. We senior citizen came for outside life experience in new city. Hotel stay was excellent. We had to pay for breakfast. Most hotels arrange breakfast at their cost
