Absolutely disgusting. I really no-one endures such an unpleasant experience. The list of issues is about 20 or more. Some of the most serious were the legs on the bed broke. The handrail in the bathroom broke. One of the showers didn't have a door. The shower door was in the cupboard, would you believe! There was lipstick on nail polish on the cupboard shelves. The doors to the cupboards were off their rails. No washing liquid or dishwashing tablets and the terms and conditions required us to clean. The apartment was nowhere near clean. The outdoor part had cigarette buts and bits and pieces of toys. Do they have cleaners who clean the apartment after people leave???

Disgusting. Bedsheets and bedspread were unwashed and stained, hair on pillows, floors not swept, balconies not clean (and rear balcony inaccessible due to faulty door handle, which posed a fire hazard), torn couch, no security screen on 2nd floor bedroom rendering this room unsafe for our children to sleep in, power outlet hanging from wall, loose staircase railing. Management were adamant the unit was cleaned and were dismissive of our concerns. Thankfully I was able to wash and dry the main bedsheets myself prior to sleeping, and our children were able to sleep on airbeds we were travelling with. Unit in no way resembled photos advertised on their website. Would not recommend at all.

It needed a little maintenance as the tap in bathroom sink was very loose and PowerPoint in kitchen coming off wall. Back courtyard would use a clean as it was full of leaves and gardens badly needed tlc. However it wasn’t nearly as bad as the reviews I read online. Inside was clean and had everything we needed. Parking was very confusing no one was in the correct spot and we had no idea where our spot was. It was very confusing to even get into the door and get the code for the room. When I rang for info they we’re not overly helpful or friendly.

Our accommodation was somehow mixed up, when I arrived to check in I called to see where we were supposed to go to be told the apartments were not ready and weren’t sure when they would be. We were offered other accommodation at Jesmond Executive Apartments that we accepted and, in our opinion, was quite poor. The dishwasher had a bad smell and did not work, the bathroom tap was not fixed to the vanity and one of the rooms reeked of cigarettes with a cigarette burn in the pillow and there were other issues! Overall, it was quite a disappointing experience.

Worst accommodation ever, one step up from a drug den. Second floor had sash windows with no screens that were open, blood splatters on the back of the bathroom door. Torn lounge suites that looked like dogs beds and wouldn’t look out of place on a rednecks front porch, nail polish spilled throughout the apartment. Unserviceable lock on sliding door, broken glass and glitter on the floor, discarded toiletry packaging on the floor under the vanity in bathroom. Kids drawings on most walls and blinds, kids stickers half peeled off on the wall in the master bedroom. Oven was to grotty to even touch, we purchased new mugs to have coffee. The only highlight was our car still having all four tyres and no smashed windows on our departure.

Do not be fooled by the photos that they use to advertise their properties. The photos were definitely not accurate. We arrived to find a derelict premises, but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt in the hopes that the inside of the apartment was what was advertised - it was not. We arrived at the door to the apartment to find a disgusting dirty nappy hanging from the tree next to the door. Broken plastic toys, rubbish and waste in the gardens and around the patio area. Upon entering, we were greeted with the strong overwhelming smell of chemicals and air freshener. The walls were dirty and stained, the floors were so sticky our shoes stuck to them - no way were any of us taking our shoes off! When checking the rooms we found disgustingly stained bed linen and pillows, beds that may as well have been concrete blocks for how comfortable they were. No cupboard doors, a dirty kitchen and questionable bathrooms. There was no way in hell I was allowing my children to step foot in there let alone sleep in this pit. When we called to complain, my husband was immediately put on hold and left there. We had to hang up and call back to get someone to speak to us. Their initial suggestion was to send someone around to tidy a bit more and offer us a small percentage discount off of our stay. We refused and demanded a refund because there was no way in hell that a quick tidy up could save this situation. 0 out of 5 stars, 100% would not recommend to anyone. Absolutely disgusting.
