Hôtel qui fait l’affaire et location parfaite, Il est situé à la porte d’hérode, en face du poste de police, la rue est animé et assez bruyante (ne pensez même pas à faire une sieste) les chambres 223 à 226 et idem pour les étages supérieurs (323-326) ont la vue sur le dôme de rocher ce qui est très appréciable, elles disposent d’un balcon. La literie est plutôt bonne bien que le linge de lit soit un peu petit, la clim ne peut pas être ajustée, vous avez un nécessaire à thé et café avec bouilloire. La salle de bain est bien agencée et plutôt vaste. Le restaurant ferme à 9h le matin pour le petit déjeuner qui est souvent le même mais qui est assez diversifié, le buffet du dîner aussi est plutôt bien achalandé mais ferme à 21h. Sachant qu’aux alentours les restos ferment tôt, penser à s’organiser pour cela. Le temps pour atteindre le dôme est d’environ 15mn en marche rapide, c’est très pentu, donc vraiment penser à mettre des chaussures non glissantes car les pavés sont lisses, les contrôles sont aléatoires mais si vous portez un badge touristique vous passez tranquillement.

Very friendly staff, especially Rowan at the front desk, she was very helpful, friendly and enjoyed helping. Awesome view of Jerusalem on the roof top of this hotel. Great lication, close to the holy sites. Overall we did enjoy our stay very much. It felt safe and the holy sites were magnificent to see.

Good location near the Herods gate and light train/bus station . Ac doesn't work well and the View restaurant is closed and off limits while the hotel advertise the view over the old city. Breakfast is doable.

The hotel has s very friendly staff. Located in the oriental part of Jerusalem, it is walking distance to both Damascus and Herods gates. Room I stayed had ac set at one temperature, which is inconvenient. Basic amenities are fine. 1st night, safe was not working. The impression is that rooms are not reviewed or checked properly and reported by staff. Perhaps lack of proper training?

Very good value for money, excellent staff, clean rooms. Even though it was January, the rooms were warm because of AC. Breakfast was really good and fresh. Highly recommend this hotel. It was also quiet in the rooms

We are happy to have chosen this hotel. It’s located near the major spot, the attention of the staff: receptionists, maids, waiters, cooks and security man is excellent. The room we were in was very big and comfortable, always clean, towels changed every day, abundant tea and coffee in the room. Finally, the breakfast: delicious. Thank you for your hospitality!

Pour moi le meilleur hôtel que j'ai visité à Jérusalem. L'ensemble d'une grande propreté. Seul bémol la literie pas confortable du tout. Déjeuner super avec pour la première fois depuis mon arrivée à Jérusalem des vienoiseries. Au niveau du sanitaire super. Rien à dire sur cette hôtel si ce n'est la literie

Il tour operator per il nostro pellegrinaggio ci ha prenotato questo hotel. La mia paura che questo hotel fosse qualcosa di pessimo, invece mi devo ricredere. Molto pulito più di tanti altri nei quali sono stato a Gerusalemme. Servizio di accoglienza ottimo, pulizia ottima, e vista sulla città di Gerusalemme bellissima. Colazione abbondante e cena fatta al quarto piano molto buona. Consigliato.

Hotel Manager Ms. Rania is a very rude and not professional. My family of four arrived for a 3 night stay. She told us the water was not working and would need to go to another hotel! There were many guests arriving and checking inn. The hotel had clearly overbooked and was lying to us. The hotel she wanted to send us to was cheaper than the Holy Land. At first Rania said she would pay for our stay at the cheaper place. After we agreed to move there she said the full price will be taken for our booking, even the new hotel was £250 cheaper on ***********!!! When challenged she became EXTREMELY aggressive and I kept my cool and left calmly. Be very careful here as this is common in the old city the rooms get overbooked. But to be treated in such a cowboy manner was shocking. I would not advise any one to stay here.
