The room is clean and tidy, and the daily hygiene is very good. Sometimes we don't go out and they clean the room quickly and easily.

We were there for a conference. The hotel is away from the city center and getting in was confusing since the entrance is gated and the guard was sitting on the exit side. Once the guard let us in, parking was easy, the elevators are spread out through the hotel with minimal wait time. Also the front desk is on an upper floor. But the room was very nice, a good size for an Israeli hotel. The beds were very comfortable and not low to the ground. Very nice modern decor, good lighting, very modern bathroom, with good size rain shower, plenty of hot water. The hotel decor is attractive, conference rooms and dining room also first class. We loved the food. Plentiful buffets with lots of salad choices at each meal, great sides, choice of main course so even someone who is gluten intolerant and/ or vegetarian can fully enjoy the meals. We plan to return and even gift a night at the hotel as an anniversary gift to a special couple.

Excellent location. But that's about where the positives end. Fairly soul-less and dated corporate small hotel. Small room (my room couldn't even fit the chair at the desk at the foot of the bed. Service at check in and breakfast was indifferent and quite unhelpful. Breakfast was not great by Israeli standard. Parking was very limited and somewhat chaotic. Your park is not held for you. Front deck continues to sell car parks so that if you leave there may not be a carpark for you when you come back (happened to me) . The whole experience gave off Ramada 3 star vibes. I did expect better. The location really is superb. Close to old city, downtown, and everywhere we had to be. But I can't recommend this hotel. Very average experience overall
Grand Court Hotel

If someone is so unhappy to stay in this hotel, be warned to expect nothing at all from the staff. My checkin was accomplished by a girl in a steady bad mood; asked about finding some restaurant nearby she just showed me the door and told me to walk around. There was no water in my fridge, hence I called room service to order 2 bottles costing ILS 20 each. Only one was fetched but before bringing the second I had to pay, in cash, in advance. A ILS 50 was produced by me and the guy told me to wait for the order and the change. Another guy brought the water and was just leaving when I asked about the change. He said that no change was owed and a tough argument took place taking more than half an hour to be solved. Communicated about the issue the bad tempered recepcionist just heard as it seemed routine. During breakfast the guy in charge with the eggs was frying omelettes talking through mobile phone with no breake and paying no attention to the hosts orders. It looks like all the staff is aloof with hosts needs and rudness is the rule. If one doesn't care about being treated like dirt, that's the right place

Room looks a little bit rundown but it was spacious and the ensuite bathtub made for a great way to relax after an entire day of walking around in the city. It was located a little distance from the Tram stop, so if you dont know the shortcut, it could take a while to see and walk to the hotel. Breakfast selection and variety was great, enjoyed the meals thoroughly. Location was near the civic centre and National Library, so that was a nice bonus.

The hotel environment is very good, the building was transformed from the previous church, the shape is great, the tower can be overlooked throughout Jerusalem, the service is good, breakfast options are not much
