불편했던 점 말씀 드립니다.
1.밤에 외부 주차장 위치에 플랜카드가 보이지 않았고 더욱이 다른 건물 주차장을 공용으로 사용하는 곳이라 처음 온 사람은 헷갈리는게 당연한거지 직원분이 답답해 하실게 아닙니다.
2. 처음 객실에 방문했을때 창문이 열려 있어 싸늘했습니다. TV를 켰더니 천정에서 찬 바람이 나왔습니다.
찬바람 끄려고 벽 스위치를 한참 만져도 안되어 직원분께 연락드렸으나 힘들게 TV리모컨 안에 버튼이 있는걸 알았습니다.
3. 밤에 옆 객실 사랑 소음에 난감했습니다.
저는 6층에 묵었으니 자녀와 오시는분 참고하세요.
내가 아는 정말 간단한것도 처음인 사람이 답답할수 있습니다. 보다 세심하게 배려주셨으면 합니다.
그럼에도 객실 청결도는 만족할수 있었습니다.

We came from the US and
it was a new hotel, located in the city center, quiet and clean, with a large bathtub and a private hot spring-like feel, and it was comfortable.
Deokjin Park and Jeonbuk National University are not far away, so
regardless of age,
it was nice to be able to work comfortably and rest.
And the breakfast was neat and clean, and it had a taste that reminded me of my hometown,
and it was delicious, and all the staff were friendly, so it was really nice.

The location is good because it is near Jeonbuk National University and there is a park behind it. There is breakfast and the service is good, but the room was smaller than I thought even though it was a room for 4 people.

It was a clean hotel with a good location. The parking lot was especially large, so I was able to park comfortably. The breakfast was also delicious. I recommend it.
