While we understand these drills are infrequent, the initial announcements were entirely in Korean, causing confusion and worry for our family. English was only used at the final moment for the "evacuate" command. Although the front desk staff was very eager to explain using a translator, it would be much better if all informative announcements were provided in English to prevent unnecessary panic. Overall: A fantastic, family-friendly choice. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Jeju!

The hotel's location is excellent. I booked a room with a sea view, and even though we arrived late at night, my daughter and I still went down to the beach. There were guys playing soccer on the sand and someone playing the guitar – the atmosphere was fantastic! The room itself seemed quite traditional; my daughter got to experience a Japanese-style tatami mat, which she loved. The hygiene was excellent, spotless, but the decor was very old. The bathroom's wet/dry separation wasn't ideal, but everything else was great.

This hotel does not provide bath towels - only hand towels. One wouldn’t know which is the hand towel and floor towel because they are all the same size and greyish. The futon is miserable and even a child’s back could ache sleeping on it. Pillows are super unsupportive and does not hold shape. The hotel only tells you that room service is only once in entire stay only at check-in. We booked for 3 nights but checked out after first night. It was BAD!
