호텔, 수영장, 호수, 테마파크까지 이쁘고 좋음
디너 뷔페 좀 비싼감이 있지만 맛있음
시설 전체적으로 깔끔하고 그동안 가봤던 호텔들에 비교해서 가장 깨끗하고 좋았음

크리스마스 분위기가 물씬났던 에코랜드 호텔~! 들어가는 길은 좀 길었지만 어린 자녀들이랑 함께오면 호텔 안에서 놀아도 좋겠습니다 태교여행으로 왔는데 룸 너무너무 좋고 호텔이 커서 걸어다니는데 운동이 많이됐어요 ㅋㅋ 실내수영장이 있어 겨울에 수영이 가능하지만 샤워실로 이동하는데 넘춥고 샤워실도 조금 쌀쌀합니다 참고차 적어놓아요 조식은 빵이 정말정말 맛있어요!!!! 빵먹으러 또가고싶네요

전반적인 호텔 시설, 룸 컨디션은 좋았습니다.
다만 프론트 데스크에 계신 매니저급 직원분은 친절은 커녕 다소 짜증스러워 보였고, 도어맨으로 보이시는 분은 짐이 많아도 전혀 도와줄 생각이 없어 보이시더라구요..;
5성급에 걸맞는 직원분들이 필요할 것 같습니다^^
