It is far from the airport, 20 minutes, and there is a toll to go to the exhibition, which takes 10 minutes. The hotel is very quiet, but there are not many choices for American breakfast, which is average. Tourists who like a quiet vacation can choose it.

Clean and spacious room. Kind and pleasant staff with whom I interacted. Very good location with much to take in nearby and many good restaurants. Despite the large sign at the front desk that states only service animals allowed, I was annoyed by the constant barking of a dog across the hall. Also, I asked for housekeeping at the midpoint of my 5 night stay as I was out of soap, paper and plastic cups, & coffee, plus the 2 small waste cans were overfilled. I was told they would tidy up the next day, but no one did. Front desk said that she didn’t know what happened and that she was sorry. It’s a nice place, but seems to be a bit haphazardly run with little attention given to detail.

Five night stay. Room is nice, roomy, and clean., but the hotel seems to be poorly run. First, a dog barking constantly across the hall. Front desk says they can’t move them, only give them a warning. Next, assured that I would get housekeeping on day 3, no one showed. Front desk says “I don’t know what happened-sorry.”

Absolute worst hotel GROUP LEADERS DO NOT BOOK HERE! Our poor group leader is still dealing with problems with billing from this hotel for two of our stays one was in April and one in July and noone answers the phone or they talk to you like you are in the hood and hang out. It is not a 3rd party booking problem we booked as a team directly with your DOS Holly who also cannot answer phone calls. Security is an issue as well bc they mishandle reservations and put the wrong names and credit cards on other reservations over charging guests and do not know how to fix it. Our entire group of 20 people were over charged and our group leader was charged 4 times the amount still awaiting a refund as of 8/6/23, Marriott if this represents who you are we no longer want to stay with you.

Do not go to the hotel as a group the training is not there for this to have the Marriott flag we are still dealing with billing issues from our group trip in May they don’t answer phones or emails and I assume they believe the issues will just go away be careful bc they will over charge you and not know how to fix it

Very good location. Breakfast was okay. Staff (both front desk and breakfast attendants) were very kind and helpful. Not a lot of road noise and the room was clean. I appreciated that they offer ev charging. Would stay again.

One night stay for a family event in the growing area of Jeffersonville where it was nice to see a Marriott branded presence. GM was manning the desk upon arrival and was accommodating with our different room preferences for our multi-room reservation. As noted in one other review, staffing is still ramping up, so we saw the same people the next morning. Included breakfast buffet was standard fare for Fairfield and Springhill brands so no complaints there. The newer shower set up was a nice change from the shower/tub combos of the past. The hotel lot was filled by what appeared to be different tradesmen who needed larger parking spots for their trucks and trailers, but they were mainly on the rear side so parking was still plentiful for cars. We would recommend more than one sidewalk pass through from parking on the other side of the landscaped island to avoid walking in wet grass. Hotel was conveniently located right near highway and an easy hop over to Louisville for more restaurant options, although be aware that without a toll pass, you will receive a hard copy bill for your bridge tolls in the mail at a later date to the address on file for your plates.

Nothing good to say about this hotel. It is not a Marriott hotel. But instead is an imposter. Don't stay here. Didn't have correct room, hotel is falling apart, staff isn't professional. Weekdays going on with Marriott Fairfield chain?

We stayed one night on our way to Florida and the customer service was outstanding. The lady at check in was very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. We wanted to get on the road before breakfast and when I was loading our van I asked the lady (Tamika?) at the front desk if the coffee was ready. She said not yet but she would make some for us. By the time we were ready to leave, she had hot coffee, and gave us several packaged breakfast items. She went above and beyond what we were expecting. The room was clean and comfortable. There isn't much around the hotel but we just needed a place to sleep.
