The room was large and clean, service was amazing and friendly! Big shout out to Linda at the front desk for being so friendly and helpful! I will definitely stay here again for my in-town staycations. The area surrounding the hotel is peaceful and fun at the same time. Well worth the stay!

Linda was great! Was able to help with an accommodation for us extending our checkout! We were there for a wedding and she helped throughout the process alleviating all stress! Great clean property close to the river walkable to restaurants and bars. Thanks!!!

My stay at TownePlace Suites Louisville North was exceptional, especially during the busy Bourbon and Beyond festival weekend. Despite the high demand, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The hotel was impeccably clean, the rooms were spacious and fresh, and everything worked perfectly. Chloe and Linda were especially helpful, managing our numerous packages with a smile and storing them safely for several days. Their kindness and hospitality truly made our trip memorable. I am forever grateful for their assistance and the wonderful service we received. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Louisville!

Linda at the front desk was very accommodating in finding me a room with direct sunlight as I was staying for 3 weeks and working from my hotel room. She also helped plan a cleaning schedule that worked for me during the week that didn’t interrupt meetings I was attending. All of the staff was friendly and helpful!

This was our second time staying at this property and we will definitely choose it again when we return to Jeffersonville. It's easily accessible off the highway and conveniently located near, and within walking distance to, numerous restaurants, shops, etc. The staff were all very friendly and helpful (and the sweet gentleman working at the breakfast buffet gave us a brief lesson about the 1937 flood). The suites are nice with comfortable beds and pillows. My only "complaint" is the A/C system fan does not have the option of the fan being on constantly (high or low only). I like the white noise to drown out distractions.

Can’t say enough good about this place! Great location. Beautiful building - even the stairways - I like to walk them in hotels instead of taking the elevator and sometimes you don’t feel safe (so don’t do them!), but they can also smell or be rundown. Not here! So nice! The room is wonderful - like the layout. Bed and pillows great! But #1 thing is Linda at the front desk!! So nice to talk to, soft voice laughter and smile - not kidding this is a blessing for the many times you don’t get this!! She totally blessed me with her easy going attitude! Try to keep her - ha! Hats off to this place !

We have stayed at this location many times! The people that work here are absolutely wonderful, very friendly and helpful. This time that we went for thunder over Louisville and before you say it was because they were so busy that it may not have been as good is an understatement they were not that busy. I was first very disappointed that I booked this back in November and when I did Travis told me that it was only available for two days at a time. He said they would take the payment which was at a much higher cost and they did not offer any kind of military discount or any other offer. When we got to the hotel on Friday, I know they stated that many people had canceled and if we knew of anyone who needed a room, they would book them for one night. The issue for me was that we talked with several people (arrived Saturday)that had booked that prior to this date (February)and were able to book it for one night only. Wow !The other thing that was disappointing was the breakfast. It was filthy with coffee, spills paper, toaster that did not brown or toast .this was not after they had been open for several hours. The food was not good. It tasted old, (day old breads, bagels hard)and it also tasted like the Belgian waffles, which I had previously written, were so wonderful that in order to save money, things had been watered down or diluted. The location is very good and this has always been a favorite place of ours to stay unfortunately I do not believe that I would book this again. It was certainly not worth $675 for two nights when originally I had only wanted one but was told I could not.

Great location just north of Louisville and located at the end of Big Four Bridge, and within 5 minutes you were back in Downtown Louisville. The front desk staff was great and welcoming when we came in and answered all questions we had immediately. The rooms were clean and we had no complaints. There were several restaurants within walking distance as well which was nice.
