Bed bugs! Room 302. Got chewed up all over my body, itched like hell for days AND they got in my suitcase too, so I had to fumigate my house when I got home. I told them about it and they did nothing for me, no refund, no apology. That place has been going downhill for years.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, breakfast was very good, better than last year. Hotel is under new ownership, so there were many changes happening. Seen staff doing deep cleaning, pool and hot tub was clean. Linen was soft, that’s a must. Highly recommend

My advice is to stay away from this hotel. It is owned by the Patel cartel. If you are not familiar with them they buy distressed properties. This used to be a Holiday inn but lost The branding because of poor quality of the hotel. They put zero money into the hotels they buy and eventually abandon the property when it is ready to be condemned.

Room was satisfactory, breakfast was adequate, friendly greeting, all in all would stay here again. We did not experience any issues during our stay. Only suggestion would be to have the smoke alarm hooked up and working.
