The room was great - large and clean, with everything. I didn't really use any staff services - but I was disappointed to see the gym is not working, as that was one of the reasons why I booked the hotel. It should have been communicated before that it's not working. Otherwise a great option and his value in Jeddah!

The girl in reception attitude is not good. She ask me to wait 15 mins for no smoking room , but 20 mins passed while I ask by myself , she kept me waiting and waiting, at last give me the still smoking room 😡😡😡😡😡

The room was great and very spacious. The staff were also courteous and helpful. One thing however, was that I was billed twice. Although it was my mistake that I forgot that I paid online initially, but they still asked me for payment upon check in, which again, I totally forgot that I paid online. They said there was something wrong with their billing department. Anyway, had a good time. Will definitely visit again.

The breakfast might be an epidemic. There are many locals, and it's basically Arab style, but you can eat it anyway. Tableware, pots and pans are available, home appliances are good, and very new, washing machine, microwave oven, refrigerator, electric ceramic stove, other hair dryers, irons are also OK. The network is also very fast. The only complaint is that the outdoor unit of the air conditioner in the underground garage is hotter than the outdoors. One Cheapest international chain hotel in Jeddah.. small no view room, bit Humid carpet. Water at bathroom but yellow. Old furnished, with firm bed matras. Breakfast not that bad..but no standby cooker at the egg stay, lazy for service. They lock the fitness center and the pool. You have to ask them if you want to use it.

Facilities: The hotel is quite new and the room equipment is good Service: The service is very good. The hotel front desk prepared iced fruit drinks, Arabic coffee, cookies and dates for us to try for free. The guy at the front desk also enthusiastically taught us Arabic and introduced how to say thank you and hello in Arabic. Environment: The location of the hotel is not very good. Although it seems to be very close to the airport and the Sea Mosque, the amusement park and racing track next to it are under construction and the roads are blocked. Therefore, it is impossible to walk directly to the beach from the hotel. You have to drive 10 minutes with twists and turns to get to the Sea Mosque. Next to the hotel is the racing track, which is under construction and a bit noisy.
