Not impressed since check-in and booked a suite room but were given a normal room and told us it was okay and would get another room. We reserved a 2-bedroom suite. We refused so we went to protest at the new counter and got a suite room. come At the end of the day of checking out from the hotel, the staff did not help. It's okay if you don't carry your luggage. There probably won't be a next time here.

Construction around the hotel disturbs the window views, but spacious, clean rooms. Friendly staff who offered me free mini-bar drinks/food during my stay. Beautiful pool, sauna, steam, and cold bath in the basement which I used in the morning. A nice place to relax and unwind after meetings.

I originally booked a smoking room. When I went to the counter, I specifically asked for a smoking room. After packing my luggage and leaving the room, I discovered that there was a no-smoking notice posted at the door. I was dumbfounded. I went to the counter and told me that I wanted to change rooms and that I had to wait. We could wait until we came back in the evening and then change rooms. When I returned to the hotel in the evening, I went to the front desk and told them that I wanted to change rooms. They said that we should go back to the room to unpack our luggage and then call the lobby. There will be service staff to guide us to change to the smoking room. As a result, I took him to the front desk and told him that I was ready to change rooms. However, Shi Shenhai had to go to the front desk to ask. The front desk also said that they didn't know. For such a famous star-rated hotel, the reception desk is not as good as that of the small hotel next door (I stayed in a two-bedroom, two-living-and-two-bathroom hotel next door a minute's walk away last night for a cheap price, and there was no problem communicating with the front desk). I was really dumbfounded. The hotel facilities are good, but the cleanliness of the toilet and shower is not good, and the lights in the room are not bright enough. This is a pretty well located hotel. I got a good deal on trip.com so I overlooked the fact its kitchenette and bathroom had seen better days. Service was fine - there is no breakfast but the hotel is right next to a number of good eateries on Falesteen Street. The bed and bedding were especially good and the bedroom was large with plenty of storage space and a terrific big picture window. Recommend.

Good location and service. Breakfast was nice and offer a lot of choices. Room was clean and amenities are basic but acceptable.
