1. 체크인시 퉁명스러운 직원의 태도부터 시작해서 힐하우스에 들어선 순간 기분이 언짢음. 프론트 직원의 태도가 그 호텔의 첫인상이라 생각하는데 이미 귀찮아 죽겠다는 표정이었음
2. 옆방과 윗방에서 무슨 대화를 하는지 말소리하나하나 다 들릴정도의 방음수준, 엘리베이터 옆방이라 더욱 심각함. 엘베 타는 사람들 말소리까지 듣고싶지않아도 들어야함. 티비소리로 덮을래야 덮을수 없음. 윗방에 애들이 있어서 11시까지 소리지름과 우당탕탕을 들어줘야했음. 편히 쉬고 싶은데 쉴 수 없고 오히려 스트레스를 받음. 방음의 수준이 이 리조트에 다시는 오고 싶지 않게하는 1순위 이유. 그저 심각..

여자친구가 너무 만족해하고 좋았어요. 우선 체크인시에 남자 직원분께서 제 이름 말씀드리자마자 특별 요청사항에 대히 바로 인지하고 계셨고 뷰도 원하던 뷰로 잘 받았습니다. 정말 친절하게 주변 관광지 할인혜택등에 대해서도 안내해주시고 정말 좋았습니다. 방도 깨끗하고 침규류가 아늑해서 잠도 잘잤어요.
