"My son and I travelled from Edmonton to Jasper and stayed at this inn. We stayed for 2 nights and then drove on to Banff . The room was very nice and the beds were very comfortable. The view was unreal. When we had a blizzard, it was like something out of the movies!!
We had to buy tea bags though because they only had rose tea!!
The staff were very polite and it felt very safe. My son used the pool and sauna. He loved it. All in all, a good stay. Thank you."

2026 Americas 50 - Cultural Hotels"Aside from the small beds and dog poop on the grass, the hotel exceeded my expectations. The individual wooden cabins were very charming. The overall environment of the hotel was also very good! There were also various activities available for registration. Satisfied!"

"The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. There was a constant hum in the background that was maybe a large fan? The back door security latch was broken as well. Other than that, we enjoyed the underground parking lot and the closeness to downtown Jasper♥️"

"The counter staff was very kind, I didn't know English well, I could speak slowly. Be patient, the hotel is clean and tidy as a whole, but unfortunately it was too late to check in, the facilities were not used, and I will choose to stay again next time."

No. 2 of Cultural Hotels in Jasper National Park"It is 2km away from the town of Jasper, like a resort. If you choose a standard room, like a guest house. Choosing a cabin is really great. The hut has a hob to cook for yourself, with underfloor heating and a fireplace. But driving in after dark is very dangerous. There is no trace of light + roadside stone. It is very dangerous for self-driving, and my car is scratched."

Only concern was that I was travelling with 23 kg bag and there was no elevator to take the bag downstairs where the room was located so it was a little inconvenient."

"The Astoria Hotel is in a great location right in the heart of Jasper, which makes it super convenient for exploring the town and nearby attractions. The room was very clean, which I really appreciated, and the staff were friendly. However, the hotel itself feels a bit dated, and for the price, I was expecting slightly better in-room amenities—especially the coffee facilities, which were pretty underwhelming. Overall, it’s a decent stay if location is your top priority, but don’t expect anything fancy."
