It is clean, the staff is great, and the renovations are brand new. All of the renovations aren’t done yet, but it’s looking good! The previous reviewer noted it was run down. The owners must have taken note because it’s a very nice hotel seemingly in the middle of nowhere. Would def stay again.

We stayed in this hotel for a youth sports tournament weekend in Jasper (not many options), it was so run down and I think the whole building was water damaged. The walls/ceiling were peeling, the corners were falling apart. Our bathroom tub was filled with water when we checked in, the toilet clogged immediately, the floor tiles were cracked and the shower sprayed everywhere. There’s no bathroom fan but they ask that you close the door or else the fire alarm will go off! The whole place needs torn down and redone. They were fairly accommodating when asked and kind though for a youth sports hotel takeover.

We were in Jasper for a wedding and moved to this hotel after the original one was not as we expected. We did not book in advanced and popped in to check the room out before booking. The lady on reception was lovely and empathetic towards our situation. She went above and beyond to make sure we were happy before checking us in. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. Whilst the accommodation is basic that is all we needed for a few nights. We stayed for two nights and then came back for our final night before travelling home. Both times staff were lovely and everywhere was spotless. If I am ever in Jasper again I will be staying here.

We were just passing through and booked this hotel on our way home. Our room was nice and clean. The staff told us of a great Mexican restaurant to eat at just across the road from here and we enjoyed the stay. Breakfast was okay as just any other Holiday Inn breakfast. You can't beat the stay and service.

I couldn’t have been happier! I thought the hotel was very clean and the staff was super pleasant. The lady working the breakfast even offer to help my grandkids get their breakfast. We went to Holiday World for the day and stayed here we were super wore out and the beds were extremely comfortable. Thanks for a enjoyable stay!

Room was comfortable, attractive, very clean. There was a fitness room, which i definitely needed, breakfast was good -- and free! But the best part was the staff at this hotel. They were invariably friendly and helpful. Special shout out to Marquita, who was a huge help when I lost my car key, which ended up being locked in my car. We were trying to get to a funeral on time, which was stressing me out, but she promised me we were going to make that happen and got a locksmith in pronto. Sure enough, we got to the funeral on time. It was very heartening to encounter someone who takes such pride in taking care of people.

Filthy place don’t stay here. If it wasn’t storming to the north I would get in my car and drive straight through home. Absolutely disgusting. Smells dirty!! This place need carpets cleaned in hall and all room. Front area is dim. If I was Holiday Inn I would be ashamed to have my name on this hotel.

Gross place! Carpet stains everywhere. Definitely can tell that they're using the "Holiday Inn" name only & don't care about anything else. Breakfast ******, nothing besides the bare minimum. The fruit bowl was nasty! Apples were sticky. The AC made a terrible whining noise. I took a video but it won't let me upload it. 100% NOT worth the $171 dollars for one night! Would NOT recommend at all.
