Well i was not feeling well so i had to cancel my trip, hence i didn't stay in the hotel. There was no provision for any refund, but mine was a very unfortunate and unprecedented situation and that's why i had to do the last minute cancellation. I was so unwell that i had get admitted and take injections. But deep in my mind i feel the regret that i trip got cancel-led and money got wasted even though i did the booking through make my trip, which had been my go to partner for flights and hotels since the past one year. I regret that i had only consulted makemytrip, and that may be i should have consulted other competitors that may have provided a flexible deals. Thank you

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Everything, from check-in to check-out, was a breeze. The staff was warm and welcoming and very accommodating, and did everything with a smile on their faces. Located in the middle of a bustling market, the property is clean and well-maintained. The beds were super comfortable and the bathroom was modern and functional. Housekeeping replenishes fruit juices and a few slices of tea cakes every day - a small step a guest will appreciate. The breakfast buffet was also decent - breads, eggs, poori-bhaji, idli-sambar, garlic potatoes among other things on a rotating basis, with parathas if you want them. The dining room service staff were affable and very helpful as well. All in all, i would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone travel-ling to jamshedpur. Money well spent!

Very neat and clean room. Very nice bathroom. Only bad part is the bed which was too soft for me and very uncomfortable

It was a very good property but when i called for room cleaning it took a lot of time but overall this hotel was very good.
