Very bad hotel, no genetor proper facilities we are facing issue in whole due to electricity no fan no ac

I can't stay this hotel because company mistake company say this 18 year old stay this hotel but hotel say 21 year old steady's hotel so i want refund my pay payment in immediately

Early check in charges. GST on MRP Full length curtain on window AC either push curtain on side and get AC and sunshine simultaneously in morning afternoon and let people pip in your room at night or don't use AC to avoid these or let AC cool ur curtain

I had booked this hotel a day before in a rush as i have to travel to jammu with family but i had no booking. I booked a 180 sq ft size of room as it was showing as standard for 3 adult and 1 child. After reaching hotel the manager mr karan singh immediately realizes that the booked room will be small for my family and he started giving detailed information about the larger room and offer a bigger room to my family. I thought this might require extra charge but he has shown great gesture by offering me the larger room at same prize as it was available. I room was neat and clean, staff was very supportive and helpful. Location of the hotel is at road need to bus-stand and easy to get convience. Hotel also having restaurant however good for travelers looking for alcohol and non veg. This hotel is good for traveler are on transit, couples. For family also it is good however look for larger room while booking, i was lucky as the manager has shown geneorisity due to availability of larger room otherwise it will be a little difficult.

Staff is good and hotel ambience also

the hotel had a good ambiance. the rooms and toilet were neat and clean. room service was polite and good upto the mark. they have 24×7 hot water service. nope
