Bloom Hotel - Jammu

The rooms were clean and spacious. Quality of food is top notch. View from room in early morning was great. Staff were really helpful and responded tomely. Things were taken care in timely manner. Temples and taxi stand nearby. Overall, a great stay.

Our stay is excellent and Mr satish and Mr Atul from reception is very professional in service and all housekeeping staff is very helpful especially the boy from udhampur I forgot his name he is also very professional in service and breakfast was excellent and f and b staff is very good in service

The ambience was delightful, with a vibrant color scheme that created a great atmosphere. The staff was courteous, and the service was excellent. I particularly appreciated the thoughtful use of colors throughout the space, which enhanced the overall experience.

Rooms were overpriced, with no proper room service and the breakfast menu was very limited and terrible the first day when we had our breakfast there were most things that had gone bad we informed the staff that the food is smelling. Overall experience was terrible.

Well prepared, clean and quiet hotel. Seamless entry and exit. While calling cabs inform the old name of Jammu residency or MacDonalds as Bloom is yet to take off. Buffet breakfast was good. Housekeeping with refill bottles are very good. Sufficient tea and coffee refills are given.

I stayed at Hotel for 4 days its was great experience overall and the ambiance, the aura and the environment of the hotel were very Good. Further to this the staff were professional and nice.looking forward to visit again in near future. Great place to visit with friends and family and even great for bussiness trips also

My stay at bloom was a business trip for over 45 days. With such long stays, one needs to feel at home. All the staff at bloom straight from the gatekeeping staff the reception and house help ensured in all the 45 days that I feel at home. The new synonym to bloom is now home to me. Comfortable bedding daily cleaning fresh bedding ensured a hastle free stay. Specially Anita ji and Atul ji aadi reception followed with Rahul Roy in the housekeeping department ensured that my stay is comfortable for the entire period of over 45 days. Thanks bloom

Nice hotel, very pleasant staff, good food and quick room service, very helpful front office staff, neat clear room good restaurants and beautiful lobby aera, value for money. You can stay for long or short time period perfect for both. Front office girl is very to talk and helpful. Best of luck 👍
