Staff is not prepared for cleaning, poor breakfast, room is good but the amenities is poor. Parking lot very small.

This was a wonderful hotelbeautiful rooms.Comfortable beds.Everything was pretty clean.Great breakfast.I can't tell you how good their breakfast is amazing.They go above and beyond.The pool was nice , perfect temperatureeverybody was friendly and clean

This was the first of what was over a week on the road, staying mostly at Wyndham brand properties. It was an outstanding location & comfortable stay. By far, the best as the rest of my hotels on this trip were pitiful! It's in the downtown area, close to the Lucy & Desi Museum as well as the National Comedy Center. I highly recommend it!

Be aware this hotel needs a major update and overall. We were very disappointed with the overall condition of the inside of the building’s condition.

This hotel is very tired looking and is in dire need of refurbishing and updating, I am surprised that it hasn’t been since it has an ideal location being centrally located. Parking can also be a problem. Breakfasts were good.

This is a terrible hotel. Warning: the website says it offers free parking, but in fact the parking lot is quite small and if you arrive by 9 pm or so there's no place to park. Warning: no housekeeping service is offered (i.e., the bed's not made, the towels aren't picked up, etc.) unless you specifically ask for it -- and you're not told that when you check in. Warning: in our room the toilet seat (circular) didn't fit on the toilet (oval), but rather was sadly jerry-rigged in place (see photo). Warning: breakfast was awful. Warning: the room was dark and dank. Warning: the staff showed no interest in dealing with, or even apologizing for, any of these problems.

We had a prepaid room through a festival. Our reservation was confirmed. in the afternoon our group checked in and left our keys to our room at the front desk. When we got there at 1:30 AM after driving over 8 hours, we were told our room was given away and they had no other rooms. The person at the front desk thought that was it. Wasn't going to do anything about it until I pointed out that we still needed a place to stay. She then called her manager and started complaining about the other staff instead of actively trying to secure us a room somewhere. (He messed up the coffee, stick in the water, signed in to the computer under someone else's name...etc) I had to keep interrupting her conversation to remind her that it was now almost 2 AM and we were still roomless with a child. She did mention their sister hotel a 15 minute drive away was fully booked but she could call and see if they could do anything. We pointed out if they weren't able to do anything, how would the other, besides we needed a walkable distance to the festival at the Arena across the street. We mentioned the Double Tree around the corner had rooms available (saw online) but she made all sorts of excuses as to why she couldn't do that. One of which being that she couldn't find their number other then the 800 number. She was finally forced to call them when I looked up their number on Google and gave it to her. Thankfully, Double Tree had an opening and we were able to go there... Horrible customer service and absolutely no offer for refund, etc, even though by giving away our prepaid room they charged double for that room that weekend!

This inn was amazing and pet friendly which I now know. I can't wait to go back up there so I can come back with my dogs.
