Very bad. Tv is not working. Room is damp. Very unhygienic. Staffs are not responding. Only advantage is very close to railway station.

The room size is very small. The bathroom had lots of water on the floor due to tap leakage. It was terrible. The behavior of the person manning the reception was terrible.

The stay at alaya heritage could have been better, the resort was not maintained well, the bathrooms were smelly, no toiletaries were given and the cleanliness was also average.

We booked a 4-bedded room as i had an early morning train. Room was not at all clean, it had bad smell coming from room, bathroom as well as the blanket. Room had damp all over the place. Please book this room only if you need a stay for few hours like me for catching an early morning train.

The hotel room was not well maintained. There were stains on the sofa, the ceiling wall had damp stains. It was apparent that the rooms were old and not been renovated for a long time. Considering the room rent, the room facilities were bare minimum, with no cupboard, the tv was non functional, the ac was old making a loud noise. Overall the stay was not value for money and the room quality needs drastic improvement.

Worst room and bathroom. I also got picture of the room (104. Next time for booking hotel, l should be more careful.

The location of the hotel is very near to the railway station thought the road was very bad. We booked a 3 bed room which was very small and toilet flush wasn’t working. They fixed it quickly but the room was not good. We booked another double bed room at the top floor which was much more spacious. However the lift doesn’t go after 3rd floor. Overall it’s a very average property and the rates should be lower. You expect better amenities when you may 3k+ for rooms.

Good place to stay with family. Hygiene and food quality is good. Ambience is great. For staying it's worthy.
