Last week I booked a Room for my Relatives and the Experience was Excellent. Room was Spacious , Neat & Clean. Food was very Tasty and Staff was also very helpful and supportive. Will definitely stay again in the same hotel whenever we will visit Jalandhar and would recommend to my other colleagues , Friends and my Corporate Clients. The reception staff was very unpleasant. They don't even have basic manners to greet or welcome their guests. The way they stare at guests is most alarming. Makemytrip already earned accolades but staff like this make things worse why the chips, buiscuits, bhujiya, juice, salted peanuts etc were kept in the room for which we were charged exorbitantly. There was no indication or pamphlet on which it was mentioned that above-noted articles were chargeable otherwise the room was good ambience was good food is average

My self Kumar I was staying in your hotel it was good experience . Rooms was good and ur food also tasty . Mostly important is hotel staff is very helpful . They given me good service . Housekeeping staff given me neet and clean service room was maintained very nice. And front office staff is great 👍 and very helpful. Room service staff also good they are given me good service in restaurant and Room also . Entertainer hotel staff is very cooperative . This was more like an old friend coming home than visiting a hotel walking in I was unable to get my bag from the rikshaw the security was there smiling and genuinely happy at my arrival the greeting from the assistant Manager was all hugs and not a handshake in sight. the room was large enough for ballroom Dancing and well-furnished comfortable and clean I slept like a baby and check out was efficient there are rooms that are sold as delux these are newly refurbished and excellent to the standard of a five star. the breakfast is complimentary and is good with the highest standards of service. The bar is very reasonably priced and the staff help-full I am running out of good things to say but feel I should have said more, this is a great hotel at a budget price just book it and enjoy

Room was just for my needs for this type of staycation. Springly fun evening with good table and nice wines. Hotel location is perfect and breakfast really ok with warm dishes and good coffee. Staff are very nice and friendly. Rooms are very quiet and clean.
