Jakarta Hotels with Airport pickup service

Was here for 1 night , room was clean no smell , receptionist so welcoming and polite especially mr fakri or fikri i forgot, he’s so nice though. Otherwise still hear people from another rooms, but im ok with that, and at night still hear about motocicle and car because so near with the road. Not recommended if you bring your own car bcs the parking lot not available. Not recommended about the massage as well , it’s just the lady need more training about massages. Overall about the room and place so nice, near from restaurant. With the affordable price , is worth to stay thanks

Hotel condition - very good Room - average(request for non smoking but give me smoking room at level 2. Corridor really can smell the smoke) Room outside view - very bad(level 2 room window facing concrete wall and you cant see anything other than concrete...what a view!) Location - very good since its nearby to the shopping mall and a lot of place to eat there Facilities - very good(got gym and laundry area the traveler can use) Breakfast package - All the food provided really superb. A lot of choice

Aircon not cool enough .make me hard to sleep . Water pressure is big and nice . But not easy to access to hotel . u must enter the mall 1st floor and take the lift to lv8 to hotel lobby after that take another lift to the room at lv10 .nice view when u hv your breakfast . Although i stay at high floor but my room dont hv a good view only can see other people room windows .

I am from pt. I seeing stay at Hariston hotel. I think I am this hotel I recommend. When I have breakfast at Delima restaurant I was welcomed open Wulan and then I was served good dental open Novi, Febi and Helmi. The other staff are also very friendly and very helpful. Thank you Hariston hotel.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, offering stunning views of the city. The amenities were top-notch, from the luxurious bedding to the well-equipped gym and spa facilities. The hotel's dining options were exceptional, with a variety of delicious dishes to choose from. We enjoyed the hotel and staff were helpful, good selection at breakfast and excellent cold draught beer at the bar. However when we left we asked the hotel to book a taxi for us to the high speed rail terminal at Halim. When the taxi arrived I asked the doorman to confirm to the driver where we were going. But the driver took us to halim airport not the high speed rail station and drove off before we realised. We then had to take another taxi to the rail station which took 15 minutes and cost the same as the taxi from the hotel. We were frustrated. A bit more attention to the request and conveying that would have saved us stress and expense. Otherwise a good stay.

Okay hotel. Good location. Fast check in and out. Suggest to put at least one slipper in the room, we need it because we are not always bring sandals while traveling...

This is going to be a long review - stay with me if you’re planning a stay here. Didn’t manage to see many reviews on Tripadvisor on this hotel and booked it based on google reviews. Stayed here for a few nights and soon came to realise that, when a hotel room is cheaper situated in a good locations, there’s gotta be something wrong somewhere. Many wrongs in fact. Starting with the pros first, hotel is located opposite Thamrin Centre and about 10 mins walk to Grand Indonesia Mall. Jakarta’s traffic is notorious so getting to walk everywhere is a big plus. There’s food carts along the road as well. + + + points for that. Hotel is also pleasing to the eyes and can pass off as aesthetically pleasant. It kind of stops there. Feels like this hotel has everything but NOTHING at the same time. Checked in the room and the floor was dirty and dusty and sticky at some parts and there were so many strands of hair EVERYWHERE on the floor and on the bedsheet. Housekeeping team (relatively young men) was outside so i pointed it out to them and in came the broom to sweep it up. Slept and got rashes at night so i asked them to change sheets for me the next day. Compliments to an older gentleman from Housekeeping for changing it promptly Room was minimally stocked which was a surprise considering how pretty it can be. Booked Deluxe King Room and the King bed was 2 bed pushed together.🥴 Toilet was cramped but pretty okay. You get the normal basic set of toiletries which was dusty, and ONLY 2 bath towels (which doesnt soak up water - yea i dont know whats the point) and one safe box and 2 bedroom slippers. That’ it. There wasn’t even any basic tissue box or a hanging Do Not Disturb sign. (No electric ones fyi) When asked, FO say they were working on it. You only get two pillows and extra pillows are chargeable at 25k rupiah each. Wifi was stable but it requires you to constantly sign in after you “sleep” your phone so get ready to memorise the password.🥴 Breakfast was okay with bored looking staff only coming over when you call them. No smiles or whatsoever. Maybe they’re new, not sure. Only staff worth mentioning was another gentleman who went up to us to ask if everything was ok.. They had an in-house SPA and Gym (under maintenance when we were there). Do not, even think of going to the SPA. Book somewhere else. It was weirdly located near the smoking area so it smells very smoky in the SPA and staff was very nonchalant. Booked one of their 2 hours treatment in the morning for an evening slot and when i came, another different staff told me that i can only have one hour massage because she’s alone, but the SPA was empty?! I dont get it. Then what’s the point of booking? I could have booked another SPA if they have told me otherwise. I was pissed but i just agreed to the one hour massage because i wanted a massage but the staff didnt really care. Suspected she was just lazy to do the 2 hours massage and scrub. Front Desk and Hotel Staff are all very friendly. Deva and Teguh were particularly friendly and acommodating. My trip fell on birthday, and they planned a surprise birthday cake and song at my doorstep. It was a very heart warming experience. I will definitely go there again!

Very nice room with modern and minimalist touch, the design are soo unique, even the hallway looks like an art gallery. They put some natures like stone, ponds, and trees in really nice places so it’s doesn’t feels boring and theres alot of open air, it’s a nice escape in jakarta. The breakfast was great as well! Not a big buffet one but, the have good varieties for western and asian food that we can choose from their menu, the server also really attentive and fast. Overall I love the hospitality by all the staff, from the security, front office, the cleaner and the server in the restaurant. Thumbs up for artotel!
