Very very very cozy place & excellent for our private party on 14 July 2023 we all hv so much fun & joy. The services at the Fat and Sim Rooftop from the manager ( Mr. Hen ) & all the crew is very helpfull,friendly & great services. Also the studio room at RA very clean & comfort for staying. love it so much can't wait for another next event over there !

Wow, this hotel and all the amenities were amazing. I stayed for one night with my entire family. The room was very spacious; I felt comfortable spending time on the room's balcony with my family. I truly appreciated its interior, which made us all feel comfortable throughout our overnight stay. Our staycation experience with the family was incredibly pleasant due to the kind staff, one in particular who stood out and I got to know her name Ms. Becca she went above and beyond to help us organized everything. We were warmly welcomed by her, making the RA Suite feel like home. I hope to have the opportunity to visit this beautiful place again; it was absolutely worth every penny!❤️

The room is spacious, the amenities are complete (there is soap, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, bathrobe and even an iron in the room). However, the check-in process took quite a long time even though check-in was after 2pm. The staff is also not friendly.

Hotel is part of a shopping mall (a very average shopping mall) and not much going on in the general area. However, room was comfortable enough, being on 25th floor I had huge windows to a great of the urban sprawl that is Jakarta. Nice pool and sauna with a good selection in the restaurant, where they took good care of me. All in all a good stay.

2-bedroom superior for 7 nights; clean room, attractive color scheme furniture, flooring, walls, etc; OK water pressure, water hot instantly, effective, clean, relatively quiet aircon in each room; good, consistent password-less WiFi; very friendly & helpful service; good breakfast with daily change of some items, others on offer each day, in quiet, large room with poolside views; lifts quick to arrive; good selection of channels (something for everyone, but not in HD) on 30-32” TV with HDMI & USB-A ports; spa in hotel but cash only; large, clean pool but not for lap swimming; fitness room adequate (treadmills, elliptical trainers, exercise bike, free weights, cable machines).

Great Hotel…very near with PİM…the staff were very friendly…looking forward to stay here again in the future.

restaurant's ambiance is a treat, thanks to the delightful fusion of delectable cuisine, soothing music, and a designated smoking area. The freshness of the dishes elevates the dining experience, emphasizing a commitment to quality. While the food variety is commendable, a suggestion for enhancement lies in the fruit stall, where an expanded selection could cater to diverse preferences, ensuring a more satisfying culinary journey for patrons.

The best thing of this hotel is that it is connected to the mall. And it's a huge mall so lots to see, eat and do. Rooms are the standard business rooms, nothing much to shout about. Service is as expected from any 5 star hotel. not extremely great. But we did feel the service of the lobby lounge crew was better than the reception staff. Also when we were checking out, we called for bell service but nobody piked up the call. We had to bring our luggage down to the lobby ourselves.
