Outstanding
The Hotel is a absolutely wonderful place, with fantastic beautiful rooms and even an indoor Swimmingpool. That said, the service was fantastic and the nice personal did everything to give me a wonderful time in Jaisalmer. They arranged me a Trip to the desert and Alman was a perfect guide. I Had some issues with milk allergy and forgetting my pills and again: The staff arranged vegan meals for me: Even in the desert. Everytime I would return to this amazing p(a)lace :)))
VVARENYAMMy stay at the Jaisalmer Spa Hotel and Resorts for three nights was nothing short of remarkable, truly making it a standout experience in Jaisalmer. This hotel, with its exceptional service and luxurious amenities, easily earns the title of the best hotel in the area. What made my stay especially memorable was the extraordinary hospitality extended by Mr. ***ish Kumar and his dedicated team, including Surajpal. The warmth and professionalism they exhibited were unparalleled. Additionally, our driver, Mr. Bharat Singh, ensured that our travel experiences around Jaisalmer were comfortable and enjoyable. Their collective efforts significantly enhanced the quality of our stay, leaving an indelible impression on us.
SSafwaanThis hotel is very close to the drop off point for bus and coaches. You can see the main castle fort tower from the rooftop. The town itself is small so close to everywhere too.
The building is clean. The room is nice and traditional with nice decor. The staff are polite and helpful
and I especially enjoyed talking to the waiter at breakfast time and practicing my language skills. He had a good sense of humour and advice for navigating the town and shops
The restaurant is rooftop and has nice views. The prices are in line with other restaurants in the town. I would recommend. I booked several days more here too.
Beautiful hotel, peaceful and quiet with stunning architecture. Our room was luxurious, spacious and clean, with a large comfortable bed and plenty of pillows. The hotel has a cascading swimming pool and a rooftop terrace which is great for breakfast with a view of the fort. We opted for the deluxe suite whilst staying in Jaisalmer after several mid-range hotels in other places and revelled in the size and luxury of the suite. Large bedroom, large bathroom with his and hers wash basins and a great shower, living room with sofas and a fridge. The manager Raj was great but the other staff in general weren’t the friendliest we’ve come across, not sure whether that’s due to shyness or trying to be professional but they weren’t overly warm. We loved our stay and how close to the fort we were. Would definitely recommend.
22051562559The location is very good at 200 meters from the entrance of the castle. Facing the palace, the hotel is relatively small. The owner and a worker are very enthusiastic. The order is a deluxe room. Although the price is low, the room I stayed in does not meet the description. I don’t know if There are rooms that meet the description, but the overall situation is still okay. In addition to being a bit simpler, the price of food and beverages is not too outrageous, and it is not much different from the outside.
GGuest UserYou can also book a camel safari here. It was a very good guide and it was fun. Since the hostel had a lot of Japanese people, it was great to be able to take part in a tour with them and gather information. The hotel room was also very clean, but it was difficult to control the temperature of the shower 😅 There was also a pool, although I didn't use it. I used the rooftop restaurant often because it had a great view, but the price is rather high, so I think it's better to use it for breakfast. The staff was kind and I was very satisfied with the welcome miso soup and transportation to another hotel. This is a highly recommended accommodation for Japanese people visiting Jaisalmer!
MMaggieColinGaji ji came to pick us up and we had a lovely ride in his Jeep. Nice cozy hotel that also serves Korean food in their rooftop restaurant that overlooks a lovely landscape and the fort.
I was looking forward to sitting in the garden etc as shown in the pictures but it’s not a private area, the garden is public so no direct access from the hotel.
Having said that, the hotel itself is beautiful and the service is great. Hussain in the restaurant was super nice and always had a smile on his face.
The hotel arranged for our camel tour to the desert and that was the highlight of our trip. Jiraj our camel guide was so humble and nice. He cooked for us in one corner of the dunes and we ate authentic desert food. We saw the broadest and the clearest view of the stars as we lay by the bonfire. It was magical!
GGuest UserVery good ~ Absolutely cheap to enjoy such a good castle-style hotel ~ Very big ~ I went to the garden and planted various flowers and raised a peacock, and the books I read in my mind came to my mind. The Garden of Eden depicted should be like this ~ We lived in Jaisalmer for two days. On the first day, we camped in the desert. The hotel we stayed on the second day was absolutely soothing and relaxing. There were many cultural relics in it, with performances and atmosphere. It ’s also very good ~ You can see the stars in the castle in the evening ~ If you want to bring your parents with you next time ~
NNiharGood experience at cheaper cost. I am a business***, sell some products in various cities, so I need a shelter to stay at night with my goods. So, it's good for that purpose
Nice hotel in Jaisalmer. First visit to Jaisalmer and this is what we came for. The thar desert. Great sand dunes but was disappointed to see loads of rubbish and plastic bottles which show up everywhere. You can have a camel ride or jeep experience or simply take some stunning pics and enjoy the views which we did. We only spent half an hour here but if you go to Jaisalmer it’s not to be missed. It’s a short drive outside the main city. We did take a guide but it didn’t turn out as expected. Our hotel also did tours and they were half the price of the one we did, so shop around for something that suits. When we went during the afternoon it was not that busy, at night it gets busier and many stay in tents to sleep under starry skies. . The weather was glorious and we have beautiful photos of blue sky and yellow dunes with just us in the picture.
